However, the property has two floors, one with small kitchenette and a sofa bed downstairs in the basement and then one main room and bathrooms on the second floor. The bottom floor has a strong humidity smell. It is practically unusable. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. 「Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch.
