「Have stayed here before. Lovely little boutique hotel that needs a little updating. Great staff. What spoilt our stay was a small thing but small things are important. We booked for 2 nights but after 1 night we found a note reminding us to check out by midday. Went to reception who were very apologetic. However, they did not update their system and when we tried to get it into our room the key would not work. So, another trip up to reception. Very annoying.」

「Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.」

「Overall, I am very satisfied with my room. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I will visit here again for its room. I am so glad that the staff was able to distinguish my nationality as Taiwan (Formosa) instead of another option. Thumbs up for the good job! However, the check-out process was a bit inefficient, which I do hope the hotel can improve. The breakfast is in buffet form, but not exactly impressive.」

「Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.」
