Installation électrique dangereuse. Pas de canapé mais un simple lit avec coussin contre le mur. Stationnement dans la rue difficile car logement situé en plein centre ville de Saumur.Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement"

"Pros: Location was excellent, right next to the Loire. Very peaceful in a village that has some amenities. We made use of the tabac/bar where the locals were very friendly. Also an excellent bakery and a cafe on the river (only open Thursday to Sunday and book in advance). Good base to explore local chateaux and vinyards. Host was in regular contact about WiFi difficulties, which were then solved. Cons: Heat in the top bedroom. My daughter ended up sleeping in the lounge. However, the weather...

"Beautiful stay at this hotel, it was spotless with great amenities. The pool was a great bonus. It is worth paying extra for a castle view room. Plenty of parking on the street out the front of the hotel. Lots of lovely places to eat close by."

"We stayed in the double room 2 adults and 2 kids The room is comfortable to sleep but there is no aircon - to note if you stay in summer. The bathroom has very nice local soap and smelled really nice. The breakfast had good local products. It’s quite simple but has enough choice. Eating dinner if you don’t book 3 month upfront he Michelin restaurant can be a challenge. Prepare yourself to have to drive around if you are not satisfied with what the village has to offer. The staff was very helpful in transporting our luggage from the car park to the room. You can have direct access to the abbaye to visit. It’s a beautiful place with amazing history I think it’s a great place to stay to especially if you like understated spaces, beautiful design, and minimalist / austere ambiance."
