"Perfect stay other than signage to access through the gates and where to check in - this was frustrating after a long drive. "We really enjoyed staying in the Ichibam. The location is perfect, because everything you need is close by. Contact and service were excellent. We needed some help with the pool and 2 minutes later they came to fix it. Thank you so much!"

No reception and they charge yo twice
"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call.
