「Nachdem schon alles ausgepackt war, musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, da die Klima nicht richtig funktionierte. Der Angestellte war aber super nett und hilfsbereit. Dafür besseres Zimmer mit perfekt arbeitender Klima erhalten.Viele Parkplätze, hervorragende Matratze.」

「This was the most enjoyable stay of our trip. Ideally located for our stop between Belgium and Switzerland! The entire hotel was modern, elegant and felt we were spoiled! The spa was amazing and the breakfast was unbelievably good. Too bad we could only stay one night!」

「Because I booked a twin room, I thought it would include 2 single size beds. To my surprise, we got a large room with 2 double size beds. : ) On the other hand, we didn't know Uber wasn't common in Epinal. When we worried how to get to our client's office and BSL Airport, thank the hotel staff so much for helping us call taxis. And a lady at the reception desk (in the morning of 26 May) was so nice. 「De kamer was schoon en de bedden prima. De airco werkte niet goed. De afvoerplug in de wasbak in de badkamer was kapot. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en het personeel vriendelijk en professioneel.」

「Das Zimmer war sauber und an der Rezeption hat man mir sehr gut geholfen, auch auf deutsch +++. Das Haus macht allerdings von aussen und innen einen schlechten Eindruck. Spielt aber keine Rolle es war gut gebucht.」
