「Very kind Did everything to please us」

「The place was beautiful and the owner was very kind. However, there were many charges after the original payment that were NOT listed beforehand, such as extra money for towels, sheets, and the hot tub. The hot tub in particular was listed under INCLUDED amenities. 」

「the hotel is near by lake, the scenery is very beautiful, the desk staff are very kind and nice people, the room is very large and comfortable, bathroom is very clean, the hotel is very close to the city and main station, very convenient.」

「坦白说，作为五星级酒店，洲际酒店很让我失望。房间很小，和国内四星级差不多。没有什么特别奢华的感觉。价格算成人民币也要3000多，国内同等价位任何一家酒店都可以完爆它。地理位置也很一般，旁边有5路公交车连接机场和市区火车站等地，公交车站名就是intercontinental。唯一的优点就是靠近日内瓦湖和联合国总部吧。我觉得作为联合国差旅人员住比较合适，旅游度假的人还是算了。」

「离机场不算很近，早上8点多送机场有点堵，花了30分钟。shuttle bus每人每次5欧元。酒店员工很友好，服务挺好，内部环境也不错。房间没有烧水的电热水壶，毛巾只提供浴巾。总体还算满意。」
