We paid an additional fee for an early check in at 11 AM. When we arrived, it was neither clean nor ready - trash on the floors, no linens anywhere to be found, and the entire house smelled like fecal matter. We came back at 2 PM (our original check in time), and we found the man that was supposed to be cleaning the house laying down on the couch with his feet up talking on the phone. We had to wait until 3 PM (an hour after our original check-in time) when the house was ready and they would let us in. Seeing as how the room was NOT ready for the early check-in that we paid for, I contacted management to get a refund on the early check-in fee that I paid. It's a shame that management is so poor because the house itself is in a great location and is very charming. Its Eleni and her management team have EARNED themselves this 1-star review.
