Julia's Beach Studio by the sea, with terrace and sea view.

The studio is part of an apartment building. It is nestled on a headland between the beaches
Logaras and Punda. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic - views of the clear sea
with about 50 meters from the 'Punda - Beach'.
So you can already after a three-minute way to enjoy the refreshing water.
From mid-July to late August is the Punda-Beach, with its two Beach- bars, popular destination not only for young people. In the evening, from 20. 30 but these are then closed. In the rest of the year we experienced the rather quieter seaside atmosphere.
In the studio there is a French double bed, a couch (usable as an extra bed), a dining table, a small well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Another bed or cot can be placed.
Satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection are available.
Even in the winter months, you are always welcome, because the studio is centrally heated.

Unglaubliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick über das Meer bis nach Naxos. 2 Strände und eine handvoll Restaurants ganz in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Traum für alle, die mal mit den Füßen im Sand zu Abend essen wollen. Dazu ist Thomas ein sehr charmanter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl der Gäste an seinem griechischen Herzen liegt.

We had the most amazing and relaxing time. Julia & Thomas’ accommodation was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Ideally located next with the choice of two beaches just a very short walk away, highly recommend taking advantage of the empty beach for an early morning swim. Also lovely to be able to pop down during the day with just a towel to cool off after sun bathing on your private balcony. Thomas was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, taking us to the Supermarket on our first day. The welcoming gift was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Wir waren für 7 Tage in Julias Beach House und die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Super Lage, tolle Terrasse und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Wohnung sogar einmal komplett geputzt und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Top! Man kann sich auf der Terrasse entspannen und für eine Abkühlung mal schnell ins Meer laufen. Sehr kurze Wege auch zu den Restaurants.Nicht zu vergessen ist Thomas, der uns trotz unserer verspäteten Anreise, mitten in der Nacht, herzlich begrüßt hat. Auch sonst hat er uns viele Informationen und Tipps zur Insel zukommen lassen. Thomas war ein toller Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr gerne mit ihm unterhalten. Danke Thomas. :-) Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wenn wir wieder nach Paros kommen werden wir auch sicherlich wieder in Julias Beach House übernachten.

Perfect

Our stay went perfectly well. The contact with Julia was great, she is very pleasant and gave us all the information to find the accommodation. On our arrival her husband Thomas was waiting for us and was also very kind and informative. The accommodation was beautiful and clean (it corresponds perfectly to the photos), there was everything we needed. Thomas was very available throughout the stay to answer our questions or problems. The beaches nearby are superb. In summary, everything went well, I recommend this accommodation and these hosts!

The most beautiful find

In over 40 years of travelling around the Greek Islands, I can honestly say this property is right there at the top. An amazingly comfortable little apartment, we were travelling as 3 adults and there was plenty of room, views to die for and all you need to self cater if you wanted. The property is immaculate, clean bed linen and towels and rooms cleaned during our stay. The location was just perfect, nestled between Logaras and Pounda and central to Piso Livadi,, many options for eating, beach and local bus to the main town. We would return here again and again , the hosts are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, we will definitely be returning, thank you Julia and Thomas!

Perfect spot between two beaches

Julia’s Beach Studio was perfect for us, close to two wonderful beaches and other things to do in the area. It was easy to walk to the beaches, going to one beach in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Grocery stores were close, as well as a bakery. Thomas was great in welcoming us and making us feel right at home. The outdoor table on the terrace was great for meals.

Super logement fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et un beau balcon pour en profiter. L’endroit est suffisamment calme pour profiter du lieu sans pour autant être trop loin de nombreux restaurants ou quartier animé tel que Piso livadi. Hôte serviable et très sympathique. Best place to stay in Paros

Best places to stay in Paros. We were a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 kid 7 years old). Location is perfect between 2 sandy beaches Punda and Logaras and both at really close walking distance. Punda is a bit loud during the afternoon as there is a club attached to it but by 8 pm it's all good and we weren't annoyed by the music at all. The studio is cosy and well equipped with all you need for the perfect beach vacation. The view is amazing from the big terrace. We were welcomed by Thomas who gave the best tips to enjoy Paros and communication was really smooth before arriving with Julia. I will definitely come back when vacationing to Paros and recommend it around.

Vue splendide dans un village authentique

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement vue mer avec accès direct sur la plage de sable . Accueil sympathique et propriétaire à l'écoute. Point de chute idéal sur Paros , village sachant rester authentique et qui permet de visiter aisément l'île au nord comme au sud . Location de voiture possible à proximité, commerces et restaurants proches. Je recommande cette location et y reviendrait aisément.

Entspannter Urlaub auf Paros

Die Lage ist hervorragend! Man geht nur ca. 400 m zum Sandstrand hinab. Im Garten ist eine Dusche von der man es sich gleich wieder auf den Liegen am Balkon bequem machen kann. Da das Haus auf einem ganz kleinen Hügel liegt hat man einen tollten Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Wir waren Ende Juni auf Paros wo noch nicht so viel los war, daher war auch die Musik der Beach-Bar noch dezent. Thomas war sehr hilfsbereit hat uns alles erklärt und auch angeboten, ihn anzurufen sollten wir Hilfe benötigen. Tavernen sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind auch zu Fuß bis zum Golden Beach Strand gegangen. Hier führt ein Pfad dem Meer entlang. Ich denke wir werden wieder kommen :)

Perfect location!

Our studio at Julia’s House was perfect! We’ve been to Paros a couple of times and stayed in Parikia or Naoussa, but this was exactly what we were looking for. Away from crowds and congestion but a short stroll to not one, but two beaches. It was clean and had everything we needed, and even felt spacious for our family of three. We loved sitting out on the patio at the beginning and end of the day. What a view. Thomas was a great host and there to welcome us when we arrived. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and local cookies. A special touch. We had a car but enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and tavernas at Piso Levadi.We highly recommend these studios - definitely our new favourite spot on Paros.

Ich besuche seit 5 Jahren die Insel Paros. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr toll. Einfache, aber praktische Einrichtung. Eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was es braucht! Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse und sicherlich die Lage.

Das Appartement von Julia und ihrem Mann ist wirklich top! Die Lage ist super, man ist umgeben von mehreren Stränden und auch am Strand gibt es nette Restaurants. Julia war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett, sie hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
