Ktima Kaparos is a 9 decares/ acres property , located in the southern part of Paros island,

 just a breath away from the serene and untouched Glyfa beach.
It comprises of two magnificent, luxurious Cycladic houses , Villa Maria and Villa Glyfa,
 each one with a private pool and within walking distance from the beach.
We take great pride in our lush vegetable garden with its rich variety , ready for you to enjoy and consume freely.
Planted and taken care of  with lots of love and "meraki" by Mr Kaparos himself.
We offer you an unforgetable vacation away from the nothern winds and the hustle and bustle of the island.
Just a few meters away from the beach, Ktima Kaparos would be the perfect choice 

for those who prefer a peaceful holiday experience.

A little bit of heaven

Such a wonderful place! We were greeted with such warmth, including a homemade lemon cake, fresh fruit, and chilled lemonade for the kids. After a long day of travel it was so lovely. The location was great, the little cafe on the beach was perfect for lunch and dinner, and everything was comfortable. We all loved the refreshing pool as well! We definitely recommend and would love to return someday!

Absolutely Fabulous

We had one of the most authentic and cheering welcome from Maria and Yanis, the lovely owners of the amazing house. The beautiful house is decorated with lovely Cycladic taste and is very confortable. The outdoor is amazing with the swimming pool, the outdoor couch and the view on the beach, which is calm and protected from the wind. Maria and Yanis will also welcome you in their beach cafe where you can taste authentic home made Greek dishes. Their kindness has no limit, allowing us to pick vegetables from their garden and offer us fresh figs every 2 days. We felt so cheerly welcomed that we felt like family. This house is a jewel in paradise and you can feel all the love and hard work of its owners.
