Livadia Seaside Studios is located in the heart of Parikia, the main seaside town of Paros island. It has an excellent location - literally a 4-minute walk to Livadia beach, public transport, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, a 10-minute walk to the main Parikia harbour & Parikia town with the famous church of Ekatontapyliani, shops, public transport, banks, tavernas, bars, nightlife and town facilities and 11km from Paros airport.

It offers beautiful white and blue Cycladic style studios, with balcony, free wifi, private bathroom, bed linen and towels, LCD TV, air conditioning, kitchen, fridge, kettle, hotplates, cutlery and crockery, dining area and courtyard and there is free parking in the area.

We truly loved our stay here. The unit was in the perfect location—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the port. It made exploring Paros so easy. What really stood out was the management’s care and attention—whenever we had a small issue, it was handled right away, within minutes. It made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return again.---
