Studio Apartment 'Livadia Seaside Studios 7' with Shared Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
- Livadia Seaside Studios is located in the heart of Parikia, the main seaside town of Paros. You’ll enjoy an excellent location—just a 4-minute walk from Livadia Beach, public transport, waterfront restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The central port of Parikia and the town center, with the famous Ekatontapyliani church, shops, tavernas, bars, nightlife, and all amenities, are only a 10-minute walk away. Paros Airport is 11 km from the property.
The studios are decorated in Cycladic style, with white and blue tones, and offer family-friendly spaces with self-catering facilities. Each unit features a balcony, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom, bed linens and towels, LCD TV, air conditioning, kitchen, fridge, kettle, cookware, cutlery and dishes, dining area, and outdoor patio. Free parking is available in the area.

Convenient and comfortable!
We enjoyed our stay on Paros. This studio home was nice for us. It is a short walk to a small beach, many restaurants, the port, and many other conveniences. The room and shared area was clean and people are friendly and almost always available. Harry (our host) was always available by text/WhatsApp and very good with communication. The bedroom with balcony was nice, kitchen had room for two-maybe three people, but entry area was filled with two beds. Nice to have extra beds, but we didn’t need them and it made it a little crowded upon entering. Overall, it was a great place and we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!
