Situated right above sea level with amazing views over the Aegean, Villa Helios has its guests wishing to prolong their stay.

The villa has an ample terrace with a long infinity pool and a well-tended garden of native vegetation, blending into the island's landscape. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and relax as well as dine al-fresco in the villa’s BBQ area.

This 5-bedroom villa is built on three levels, accommodating its guests in various spacious interiors.

The ground level consists of a sunny, airy and elegantly decorated living room area, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area. On this level, there are also two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms have direct access to the pool terrace while enjoying direct sea views.

The first floor features two stylish en-suite double bedrooms. Both rooms have private balconies and enjoy stunning sea views.

The lower level consists of a large twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious TV room ideal for movie nights. Both rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. A laundry room is also located on this level.

While entering the property, outdoors there is a small olive grove as well as a shaded parking area.
