This was a really lovely property with nice terraces to relax and great pool. Nice to have the bedrooms on separate levels. Nice views of the water and a quick drive to bakery, groceries and restaurants.

Beautiful Rustic and Well Appointed Property

The pool, large bedrooms (with quality linens), and view of the ocean made it a memorable visit. Great communication with owner and manager. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lygeia! The hosts were fantastic in terms of communication and reached out to us a few times to make sure that everything was going smoothly. This property feels like an oasis with its massive outdoor deck, pool and dining area we had to source ourselves to leave the villa to explore the island. The kids especially loved the huge pool! The house itself was great, everyone had plenty of space, and their own bathroom. Every room was nicely air conditioned so it was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful adorable house outside of the busy areas of the island

This property was a quiet respite, away from the busy parts of Paros. Our family enjoyed the stay and found the property comfortable. The hosts were friendly and responsive. It was a bit more rustic than I expected: you had to turn on the hot water 10 minutes before the shower and could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. I'm not sure if this is unique to this property or common on Paros. We also had to work hard to keep the ants at bay -- if you leave a crumb in the kitchen, they will find it! Finally, it's quite near the airport. It's not a busy airport and so generally not a problem. However, on days that we slept with the doors and windows open, the airplane would wake us up! If that bothered us, we could just close the window and it wasn't a problem.

Great place

Enjoyed a 4-day stay and explored the island. Everything is about a 30 min drive from the house, but that adds to the ambiance and feeling of being on vacation and away from the "real world". I would recommend this house if you want to stay close to the airport and away from the busy tourist areas

Authentic Greek Holiday

This lovely home gave us an opportunity to experience how it would be to live on this lovely island. It is about 15 minutes outside Parikia so we visited quaint smaller villages for food. We found wonderful small markets and bakeries, and had three separate meals in the village of Aliki, about 5+ minutes away. The island is small enough that nothing is too far away. We rented a car and had fun scooting all over the island. If we come back, we will stay in this property again!

Perfect stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lygeia! We brought our 2 adult daughters and two of their friends. The villa was perfect for the 6 of us! Plenty of space for all! Clean, which is a priority for us!! High marks for cleanliness!! The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and spacious! Costas, the co-host was very helpful and accommodating, offering us lots of info about the island and items within the house/property and surrounding area. We would definitely choose Villa Lygeia again!

Tolle Vermietung und großartiges Haus

Relaxen rund uns Haus war mit den Pool perfekt. Am Nachmittag konnten wir innerhalb kurzer Zeit verschiedene Strände anfahren . Die Vermietung war für alle Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Zum Abschied gab sie uns noch ein Andenken der Insel mit. Alles in allem war es ein perfektes Objekt .

We had an amazing time

Lovely house with pool and nice outdoor areas. Close drive to supermarkets, bakery and coffee shops and a very short drive to Aliki. Great destination to explore the island. The airport is nearby which is actually rather and advantage than disturbing. It only takes you 15min from the gate to the house and the noise was not an issue for us at all.

The perfect dream

I have travelled long and far and stayed in many beautiful villas, but nothing came closer to a perfect spot than villa Lygeia on Paros island. The owners, Vana and George, met us at the airport and they are the most gracious hosts. The villa is simply gorgeous. Spacious, with everything needed inside, beautifully decorated, close to pretty town Aliki and 8 minutes away by ferry to the most beautiful island of all, AntiParos. A jewel. Thank you Vana and thank you George for your little corner of paradise. N’hesitez Pas! Restez chez Vana and George, la villa est un vrai bijou. Tout est beau, spacieux, vous ne manquerez de rien, on se dirait dans un film. Le ménage y est fait 1 fois par semaine par 2 femmes adorables. Les cigales rendent un peu fou mais en leur demandant de se taire d’un ton ferme, elles le font. Enfin, pour quelques minutes! Elles sont chez elles, après tout. L’ile Est à découvrir, comme l’est Antiparos, 8 minutes par ferry. La, je le crois fermement, vivent les anciennes déités. Cette île est tout simplement magique. Quant aux Grecs, ils sont beaux, généreux, hospitaliers.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans cette villa entre amis. Juste à côté du spot de kitesurf (2 minutes de route), nous avons pu en profiter un maximum. La maison et des nombreux espaces extérieurs est très confortable. Elle était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Nos draps ont été changés en milieu de semaine. La piscine nettoyée régulièrement. Les personnes qui la gèrent très à l’écoute et flexibles.

Paros stay

Lovely house with wonderful outside space for cooking, entertaining, sunbathing and pool time! Hosts and the people organizing check-in etc. absolutely tops! Everything very clean and well maintained. The only caveat is that for light sleepers (like myself) the location is near the airport runway and the property is on a somewhat busy road.

Beautiful house nearby Aliki

We had a great stay at Villa Lygeia. The house is decorated very nicely both inside and outside. The pool is wonderful and the owners Vana and George are very kind and helpful. We would definitively return !

Just fantastic!

We were able to spend a wonderful time in this beautiful holiday house and were very enthusiastic about the ambiance and the lovely design of all the rooms. The apartment is fully equipped and we could not find anything we would miss. In the kitchen are enough pots and kitchen utensils available to cook even a more demanding food. In the beds we slept great. The bathrooms are awesome! Paros guides and maps are available for the guests. WELAN has always worked well. Just great! We felt very comfortable and had our breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning, with sea view and the pool in front of the nose. Our child (10 years old) was thrilled by jumping into the water each morning. Since we had little desire for hustle and bustle in the evening, we were well-covered in supermarkets and glad at the fully equipped tremendous barbeque station. The whole property is very well maintained and beautifully planted. The parking lots are also great: the cars remain pleasantly cool. The location of the holiday house is super: 5 min by car to the sea and 15 min to the mountains. We love cycling on the island. From the new airport the apartment can be reached very quickly. The landlords, Vana and George, are super helpful and exceptionally nice (they speak English, German, French and of course Greece!). They are happy to help with numerous tips to the surrounding area and recommended restaurants, We have been there several times and we will always gladly return there. We love to be there - very, very much! It’s like a second home for us! This time we were only three persons, but the house is also excellent for more people. We had very nice and relaxing days, which we enjoyed extremely. Thank you so much!

Belle Villa

Superbe villa à 15 minutes du port. Le propriétaire George vient vous chercher au port et va avec vous chercher vos voitures de location. Superbe piscine, coin ombragé avec bbq pour manger. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Les draps sont changés deux fois par semaine et la villa nettoyée. Un des voisins est disponible en cas de problème. Le port d'Aliki est à 10 minutes et est très charmant. Belles plages. Voiture obligatoire.

Excellent séjour

Venus passer des vacances entre amis, nous sommes arrivés à la Villa Lygeia après un long périple depuis la France. Le fils des propriétaires nous attendait au port lors de notre arrivée et nous a conduit jusqu'à la maison. J'avais peur d'être déçue par des photos qui ne seraient pas contractuelles, mais j'avais tord, la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos!!! Les propriétaires nous avaient même préparé quelques cadeaux de bienvenue (fruits, bouteilles d'eau fraiche, gel douche, chaussons), nous avons été reçus comme des rois. Durant notre séjour, Vana et Georges sont restés très disponibles (notamment lorsque nous n'arrivions pas à faire démarrer le lave linge) et nous ont même aidé après notre départ pour trouver un hôtel dans Athènes. Le seul point qui pourrait être négatif avec cette villa est le fait qu'elle se trouve très à l'écart des villes principales, mais compte tenu la grandeur de Paros, il vous faudra nécessairement louer une voiture durant votre séjour si vous voulez découvrir l'ile, ce qui règle le problème. Vous mettrez environ 15min pour rejoindre Parikia et 25min pour Naoussa.

Superb vacation home, can't imagine better!

Fantastic 10 days on Paros. Perfect home for our family of 5 adults. George and Vana made sure that all our needs were taken care of and then added a few more to spoil us. They pointed out the best restaurants, beaches, attractions to visit to ensure we had the best vacation possible. A dream home in an idyllic location. The pictures do not show off how big the rooms are - the whole house is breezy, clean, fresh, with an incredible amount of natural light filling each room. The beds are comfortable, with linens all provided. The home is beautifully and artfully appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some amazing meals - enjoyed with great glee on the pool deck - under the stars with wonderful candlelight ambiance. Unobtrusive visits by house cleaning and pool cleaning staff made for a truly luxurious and relaxing time in paradise. Thank you Vana and George for the best vacation ever. Villa Lygeia is a real gem!

Très bonne adresse !

Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux dans cette jolie maison. Très confortable, très propre, joliment décorée on s'y sent bien. La piscine est grande et belle et nous en avons bien profité ! Maison à 5 minutes en voiture de Aliki, un charmant village plus calme et authentique que Parikia. Propriétaire absolument charmant et attentionné.
