"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home a couple of times. It's a spacious home that allows people to relax. The architecture and color scheme are wonderful. The home evokes great Mexican architects. My favorite feature is the expansive pool-house, which has a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and, a fully open front, facing the pool. I spent a wonderful evening there on a rainy night, playing board games with my friends, feeling the wind, and hearing the rain, but still fully protected from the water. It's also a great place to have breakfast. The rooms are large and comfortable. There are some upscale bars up the hill in San Felipe, and Oaxaca City is very close by."

"The ambiance is great. The food at the restaurant is fabulous. Everything we ate was great. They regularly showcase Oaxacan artists. Every two months, apparently. The place is very clean. They also have a free shuttle that takes you downtown, as the hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the center. The staff is very responsive to your needs. They are dialed in. The only downside was the quality of the WIFI. This may have more to do with the surrounding area and not the hotel. There were work crews in the neighborhood attending to the matter."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time."

"The most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed up. There’s no reason to leave the resort. Everything you need is here. Very clean, the food is good, I loved the pool pools, the gym and the exercise room! And the actual hotel room was just amazing. The staff was also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend."
