“Went on a weekend trip with two co-workers--Tegucigalpa to Copan Ruins. We had to leave late on Friday so we decided to stop in Villanueva. We were all glad that we did. This hotel was great. The location was right not far from the main road. It allowed us to avoid going into San Pedro Sula, saving us time when we got on the road early on Saturday morning. The air conditioner worked very well. The bathroom was spacious. Had a really nice shower. The thing that surprised me the most, was……

“location is not far from city mall, breakfast wasn't on time prepared. The drainage hole in the bathroom was blocked.”

“It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad……
