Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team from Epic Costa Rica Tours will contact you after you have made your reservation.

We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or the local regional airport in Quepos, to the property in Palo Seco. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.

Palo Seco is a wonderful and relatively unknown beachfront community near Parrita.

Just 300 meters away is a great restaurant to walk to and Guests are about 5 minutes from other shopping, restaurants, banks, supermarkets of Parrita-Puerto Neuvo.

Any type of vehicle can arrive to the property without problem.

Our Concierge Team from Epic Costa Rica Tours will assist you lining up a private shuttle, rental vehicle or even in-country airline tickets.

The property is 2.5 hours from San Jose International airport (airport code SJO) and only 35 minutes from Quepos regional/domestic airport.

This amazing home is steps from the beach. Due to development laws in Costa Rica there are very few homes in the country that are this close to the beach.

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own food - or have our Concierge Team line up a private chef for you, and to prepare the food for you.

There are three bedrooms:
1) King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning.
2) Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed, with a single bed trundle under the queen beds. These bedrooms have air conditioning also.
3) Bedroom #4 en-suite + bed trundle + air conditioning

The home has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler - everything you need to enjoy private time at the beach and to watch the breathtaking sunsets.
