Staff was always consistent and showed value added service to all of my needs i.e., towels, and small kitchen utensils. Air conditioning was more than adequate during the hottest days of the month. Room maintenance was maintained adequately.

The person at checkin was extremely friendly and pleasant. She also called us a little after we got to our room to see if we needed anything. The room was comfortable and had a nice kitchen area. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast had little to non offerings. There was no fitness center also.

This hotel was in a sad state of condition throughout.. Walking from the lobby down the hall to the room was pathetic. Paint is peeling off the walls. The walls are damaged. It was very depressing. The room itself was very clean, although we did find a bug on the floor. For a room that’s supposed to be for long staying people, I am shocked that there are no silverware no glasses in fact very, very little, but the bed and the television. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The front desk was professional and polite. The room was very clean, the bed warm and comfy. The kitchen setup looked pretty good. But we wouldn't stay here again and here is why. The front lobby and halls look worn. The bathtub has no hand rails or nonslip surface. Only one bedside table and we saw no USB outlets. Only one cup, no shampoo, In all, an ok room for most people, just not what we expected. The grab and go breakfast was only a fruit granola bar and not enough of those for all guests ,and hot drinks, Not much of a breakfast, and disappointing.
