His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! "Pool was empty and covered. Room dusty smelling and floor not swept. I think they mean well but is a work in progress."
