Great property with privacy

We loved the location and the property. Only minor complaint would be there could be better directions for setting the GPS, but we still found it without any problem

Best get away!

Absolutely amazing place and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer lol. I will def book again and the owners were amazing! Would give 6 stars if possible

Short getaway

Very quiet, beautiful grounds, easy access to what we wanted. Fishing was great! Cabin provided everything necessary for a stay in the woods.

Absolutely Beautiful cabin

This listing was incredible. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, the property is secluded and absolutely gorgeous, and the activities both on and off the property were so much fun. The only downside we experienced was the driveway in, our little car was not happy with us, definitely needs an off road vehicle. We had an amazing time and we definitely want to come back for another stay!

Amazing getaway

The property and amenities were just what we were looking for. Something rustic and off the beaten path. There were plenty of games, access to water and the fishing was excellent. Everything was clean, well stocked and communication was excellent. Will definitely return in the future!

Unplug

Great plaice to unplug for a week. Plenty of places for the kids to ride bikes without ja un gran to worry about them every second. Great views, and access to the pond for swimming. Wasn’t our first stay, won’t be our last!!

Just awesome!

What a location and accommodation! We stayed three nights with eight people of different ages. I can only warmly recommend this place to anyone. So clean! I’ve hardly seen that level at any other location. Will we be back? For sure, and for more than just three nights.

Another great weekend!

We stayed in this cabin for a family wedding and did not spend anytime there with all the wedding festivity's last year. We immediatley booked this weekend to enjoy the cabin and surrounding, we were not dissapointed. Walked several trails thru the woods, BBq several time . We even went to the rec room and played pool. Very enjoyable and relaxing which was what we all wanted. Thank You Lorenda and Jannnah

Great stay

We stayed here as an extended family with 9 people and 3 dogs to celebrate my mother in laws 80th birthday for 5 days. It was great! The only thing was the road was more off the beaten path that we thought and a little scary for a minivan but we made it. It was so quiet and a great escape. The game room was a nice addtion but a little outdated. The pond was about 10 min drive (due to road) but a great way to cool off. We would for sure go here again! The hosts were nice and answered whenever we had any questions. Had a wonderful stay!

Amazing property, extremely accomadating hosts!

Very rare is it to find a rental property with 400 acres of land to yourself. Even more rare is it to find such amazing hosts! Jannah and Lorenda went above and beyond to ensure our stay unfolded seamlessly, even permitting us to shoot a short film on their property. The lodge offers a breathtaking view from the living room window, and the heating system worked great throughout our entire stay. The diverse range of amenities provided kept us engaged when we weren't immersed in our film project. The recreational building was a highlight, equipped with a variety of table games as well as the numerous trails that wind through its stunning landscape and various water features. The experience was truly worthwhile and conveniently close to Boston. We're already planning our return!

Family Vacation

Phenomenal place to stay with family and enjoy time together. Everything was exactly as described and then some. We’re already looking towards when we can come back and spend more time here. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for us and our kids while we were on vacation.

We booked this property for my daughter’s 16th birthday and we’re looking for a family friendly place that would allow all those kids. This place was perfect!!! The kids loved the bunkhouse, fishing and swimming in the pond, hanging in the game room! Check in was easy, they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!

Beautiful property. Yes, we needed to go slowly down the dirt road into the property but it was manageable and worth it!! Great main house. Spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The bonus was the separate game house. My kid loved that. Plenty of land around the house to play ball and ride bikes. The pond was back at the main road and beautiful. Peaceful stay.

Great getaway!

Property is as advertised and definitely off the beaten path. Watched a doe every morning in the swamp, from the table. Great space to hike, swim, canoe, smores around the fire, play games, read and just be where your feet are.

Our kids loved this secluded escape. The rec room with its pool table and foosball, low ropes course, and ample green space kept them occupied for hours. We enjoyed exploring the trail network throughout the property and the pond on Cramm Road was a huge plus on a warm day. Lorenda is a very responsive host and the cabin, while a bit worn around the edges, was well stocked. To echo what others have said, a 4WD drive vehicle with decent clearance is recommended for the mile-long dirt road that leads to the cabin.

Fun fishing, woods, pool table. Great kitchen, super-clean place! An upgrade could be made on master bedroom mattress and bummer that the ping pong table was broken but otherwise, it was perfect. Thank you!!

Great escape into the woods of Maine!

If you are looking to get away from it all and have fun this is place to be! Super property, plenty of space for the family and the dogs. Game room barn is amazing! Also enjoyed time at the lake. Very peaceful! Great communication with the owners. Looking forward to a return visit hopefully in the not too distant future. You are going to love it here!
