Le gérant a proposé de nous aider à porter les valises et pour cause de disponibilité nous avons eu le droit à une chambre plus grande pour aucun frais supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner super avec possibilité de faire son jus pressé et des gâteaux fait par le personnel de l’hôtel sont également à votre disponibilité tout comme un café ou un chocolat chaud.」

「Wir (Familie mit einem Kind) haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Von dort aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz gemacht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gepflegt. Auch die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die genannten Ausflüge. 」
