If you don’t experience it, you can’t even dream of it: the lake view from this modern two-room apartment in a villa is simply unimaginable! The spacious terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella, is suspended between the water and the sky, and as you enjoy a meal or an aperitif, all you see before you is the rugged beauty of the Brescian Pre-Alps and Montisola, a renowned tourist destination and the largest lake island in Southern and Central Europe. The pool in the common areas overlooks the lake, and the large sun deck surrounding it offers a view that seems to stretch to infinity; it’s accessible by elevator from the garage area.
Located on a mezzanine level and spanning 45 square meters with exposed beams, the apartment stands out for its modern and vibrant decor, which combines the gray of the walls with the red and white of the textiles to create a chic, cozy atmosphere, enhanced by large mirrors above the sofa bed and in the master bedroom, and complemented by exquisite string and recessed lighting. The living room, featuring a large floor-to-ceiling window facing the lake, includes a kitchen with induction cooktops, a SMEG freezer and refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also features a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window facing the lake, and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower and wall-mounted fixtures. A large private parking space and unlimited Wi-Fi are available.
A vacation that embodies timeless poetry.

About a couple of kilometers away are the hamlet of Acquaiolo, with its many rustic-style houses, and the center of Parzanica, a charming historic village featuring the Romanesque Church of the Holy Trinity. Further down the road lies Tavernola Bergamasca, a charming lakeside town with a picturesque medieval historic center and all the amenities you need.

Just over an hour from Milan, Bergamo, and their respective international airports, the small town of Tavernola Bergamasca is prized for its beautiful lakeside promenade, characterized by narrow streets and medieval charm, highlighted by the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the town. Across the lake lies Montisola; to the south, the road runs along the lakeshore for several kilometers, making the area an oasis surrounded by water; to the north toward Lovere—one of Italy’s most beautiful villages—we highly recommend taking the road that runs along the Bogn Gorge, with its natural arches. A short distance away are the Presolana Massif for high-altitude hikes, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, the Franciacorta wineries, Boario for its thermal baths, and the slopes of Colere and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing.
