From the 15 m² terrace you have a great sea view. Barbecue and parking are available.
By the way, the apartment is only 150 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in Croatia on the Middle Adriatic on the island of Pasman.

You can reach the islands of Ugljan and Pasman from two directions. By car you can take two different ferries from the mainland: Zadar, on the Zadar-Preko line (Ugljan) cca 20min and from Biograd on the Biograd-Tkon line (Pasman) cca 10min.
