Great stay!

After the first propety I had selected became flooded due to rain, the Paso vacation rentals team quickly got us set up in this property. Entry was easy, check out was quick, and the property itself was lovely. We would return.

Great property with well equipped kitchen

It was perfect for 5 adult women traveling together. We had a great BBQ during our stay and cooking was a cinch in this kitchen. There was also a good assortment of spices and seasonings in the pantry. Lots of great outdoor spaces as well.

Cute cottage for a bachelorette weekend

I gave 4 stars for the check-in process only because the code didn’t work right away, but we called and they were able to change it on the spot. Other than that the stay was exactly what we wanted. Enough beds for 9 ladies and the perfect amount of lounge space. Only 15 min from wineries and a couple minutes from downtown. Prime location. Would def stay here again!

Wine Trip

Property was very comfortable; great living and dining rooms. The 3 bedrooms in the lower level can hear people walking on the main floor (kitchen, bedrooms, living room) as only drawback. Nice walk to downtown. Grill worked very well. Direct TV was a plus for watching college football!

Great place in Paso

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was central to getting to the wineries we were there to see. House has AC on main floor but not basement. Fans were there to make it comfortable. Enjoyed eating area outside in evening, but there was definitely road noise below the house.

Really Above It All

This is a large property and well appointed for large groups. The weather was not great while we were there so we were not able to take advantage of the outside amenities (hot tub, fire pit, pool, etc). The view was amazing, you can see for miles and there are a herd of deer that were right outside every morning. There was some construction going on around the property but we did not see or hear them even once. The home says 4 bed rooms but it's actually 5 because the laundry room (huge!) has both a queen size bed and a day bed. While it's not too far from downtown, it's not really walkable since it's a steep walk back. This home is perfect for a family group since the bedrooms are separated and there are multiple family rooms. We can't speak to the air conditioning but the heat worked fine.

Great place to gather with friends!

The house was ideal for our group of 8 friends and exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. One minor concern was that we should have received a one-night credit since we gave a three-day notice that we had to leave 1 day early. Also, for some people, it might be important to know that the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms are rather steep. Overall, the house was clean, the dining table fit us all so we all got to eat together, we liked the special added extras, the towels were thick, white, and the perfect size, the shampoo and cream rinse wasn’t cheap and the body wash was also an added bonus. We loved the fact that there were make-up removal wipes. We also enjoyed the coffee pods, coffee in the fridge, raw sugar and dairy creamer! There was also enough toilet paper for 8 women for 4 days. We enjoyed the heater fireplaces which kept the rooms perfect. Most rooms’ mattresses were so comfortable. One of us felt that the upstairs room’s mattress was too firm, but the rest of us felt fine. There are space heaters in 2 of the closets, which would have been nice to know ahead of time (much needed in one of the downstairs rooms that’s doesn’t have the fireplace heater). Layout was perfect. House and yards were beautifully kept. Appreciated all the amenities (including the hot tub) provided. Centrally located to everywhere we were going.. Would def stay there again.

Great home for a big family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very well-equipped, comfortable home, well planned to accommodate larger groups like our family of 7 adults. We appreciated the fact that all seven of us could sit in a conversation group in the living room and dine together in the dining room. And a smaller breakout group enjoyed watching the Bowl games in the lower level sitting area. A TV on the upper level would be a nice improvement. The upstairs beds were very good; one of the downstairs beds was older and too squeaky for a couple. We loved the hot tub and used it a lot— 3or4 at a time—while others could sit on the patio and enjoy the spectacular view of the city. One thing that we found annoying — and not just st this rental home— is the long list of to-do’s required before checkout. We feel it’s enough to pay a hefty cleaning fee, and yet we were asked to wash a load of dishes, start a load of towels, take out the trash and recycling, empty the water in the Keurig, etc. This is a trend we hope owners of rentals will pedal back on.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Reviewer Comments: We were three sisters and their spouses around age 60 (we were hoping additional siblings would join us) who had a wonderful time here celebrating one of the sisters' birthday. The house is very charming with lots of little nooks and crannies, yet very modern in technology, appliances, windows, etc. The house is very well-equipped and appointed - cooking equipment, plates & utensils, very comfortable beds, plentiful and luxurious towels, and nice linens. The grounds are spacious, quiet, and tranquil. There's seating for almost 40 scattered throughout the large private yard, including six tables, large and small. And despite the quiet location, it's very close to downtown Paso Robles. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place for SLO graduation relatives

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect! Grandma and Grandpa (who don’t do stairs) had the first floor. Parents and Aunts and Uncles claimed the two other rooms which still left room for cousins in what was like a bonus room that led to the jacuzzi and table tennis. There were plenty of chairs and tables for communal meals. Everything was clean and easy to find. Lots of space for parking was a plus. Each person would rate this highly.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this house was just perfect for us. 5 mins drive to downtown and shopping center and situated in a very calm neighborhood. Moreover the house is clean and comfortable with all amenities we wanted. The hot tub was also popular as nights were still cold. We also enjoyed bbq outside. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Because we stayed at vacation rentals we experienced Paso Robles as if we were locals and it was amazing.

80th Birthday Celebration!

Had fun with wineries, visiting Hearst Castle, Cambria and shopping downtown! Restaurants were great! Home was great for spreading out and was well equipped and had a great view and pretty garden. Only problem was neighborhood for walking was not great! Otherwise, very convenient for all of our adventures!

We were very impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. Everything, from the kitchen counters to the bathrooms, were spotless and well cared for. Check-in and check-out process what easy, and the communication between the rental company was timely. We would definitely stay here again with a big group!

Great house on a hill

Nicely decorated, my need some teaspoons, we could only find one. No parking if there are more than two cars. Long way to go downtown, so no walking to attractions.
