Great stay in a lovely home

Our family of five adults had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. Very well equipped and accurate listing. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces after Sensorio and wine tasting and dinner downtown. A good neighborhood for a morning walk. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day Getaway

The Poe house was a cute little "historic" home. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials which was great. We have tall people in our family, so the beds were a little small but still comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the backyard! So cool! This location is close to town. I would recommend this place.

A great gem in Paso Robles

The house was just as advertised and it was very comfortable, quiet, and met our needs very nicely. The highlights for us were the fireplace, great kitchen, and the outdoor grill and patio.

This is a cute historical home with a nice yard and everything you need for a fun stay. Kitchen is great, yard is fenced, comfy furniture and a great neighborhood.

Relaxing weekend in Paso Robles

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Poe House was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adults and one dog. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary tools to put together morning breakfast before our afternoon of wine tasting. Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The only critique I could offer, a couple more side tables in the living room would be nice. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Perfect house for friend’s weekend

We had 3 couples staying at the Poe House for a friend’s weekend and it was a perfect fit for what we needed! We could walk downtown, there were pretty outdoor areas to hang out and it was a short drive to the wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Great place. We didn’t spend much time there as we were in town for a family reunion held elsewhere. But this home was very comfy and nicely decorated. There’s even a Viking range!

Wonderful VRBO

Adorable house in a great location. Great communication from host. All the amenities you’d want (hooray for fluffy towels and other nice touches). Wish we’d booked a longer stay so we could use the cozy fire pit. Walking distance to nice restaurants but remote enough that we had deer in the front yard.

Great town

The place was very charming, clean, and well-appointed. It also has a nice yard that's fully enclosed. my dogs loved it. The house is centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood close to wineries, restaurants, and an easy trip to the coast and Hearst Castle. We were there during record heat and the AC worked well, and the yard and deck were still fairly pleasant.

Beautiful, comfortable home

The Poe House is a beautiful home with excellent amenities. The yard was inviting and wonderful -- lots of great spaces, plants, and hummingbirds! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quaint home in great location

This home is super cute and was the perfect size for our three-person girlfriend stay. We love how the owners have retained the charm of this historic home while making it functional and fabulous. Its location provided easy and quick access to downtown Paso and was in a quiet and adorable neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace added a charming, comfortable setting for wine and conversation.

Wonderful stay in Paso Robles

We enjoyed a quick weekend stay at the Poe House, it was perfect for our family of 4, there is plenty of room and the house is very well stocked with everything you need. It’s very charming, the kitchen is great, we loved the historical feel and well manicured garden. The proximity to town is great, and we appreciated being able to bring our fur baby, too! Would definitely return and highly recommend to others.

Loved The Poe House

The house was perfect! So charming! Was perfect for our extended weekend stay. The backyard was maintained, however, it wasn’t fully enclosed, which made having dogs a little difficult (since deer walk around). Otherwise, would 100% stay again!

May 2023 Stay

We loved this house so much, my extended family live in Paso and we needed a place to stay for the weekend while visiting from Hawaii. Everything was perfect, loved the coffee they left for us and the fact that all the kitchen equipment was in great shape. We will be back whenever we visit Paso Robles. Thank you!!
