Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking.

We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures typically May through Oct.
Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table.

Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature):
~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. Large en-suite dual sink bathroom with Spa Soaker tub & separate shower. Boasts vaulted ceilings with amazing southern views of mountains and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.
~ 2 rooms each with 1 Queen bed
~ 1 room with 2 twin XL beds
~ 1 double sink guest bath with Shower/tub combo.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, large crock-pot, outdoor and indoor tableware, entertaining dishes, reverse osmosis water purifier and Quartz countertops. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee maker, Tea Kettle and island to gather around.

Girl’s Getaway

Very comfortable for a group of 11 women; great location close to town and central to various wineries. Beautiful views from upstairs bedrooms and backyard; tranquil seating area with fountain out front. Mostly, the house was perfect for our needs - clean, comfortable, and accurate as listed. The host was great - easy to reach, responsive, and very helpful with anything we needed.

Fabulous family retreat

The panoramic views, wonderful space, game room and close proximity to Paso Robles made this the perfect place for our families to spend a wonderful weekend together. Great social space but also enough places for people to also have quiet conversations. The game room was an absolute hit with kids of all ages!

60th birthday get together

A group of us rented the house to celebrate a friend’s 60th bday. The house is stocked with everything. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed spending the day at pool, which is heated. Definitely a great place to stay with family or friends

This house was amazing for our group of girls. We slept 8 ppl comfortably and loved the game room and amenities. It would be great for any group and even kid/family friendly! Great location just a couple mins outside of downtown.

Perfect Getaway

This was the best vacation rental I've done- the home exceeded expectations, everything was clean and comfortable, clearly labeled and easy to use. The host is super responsive and even shipped some left items back to us within a day. The view is gorgeous and the pool was perfect for lounging. This property was perfectly situated to meet the needs of the group. Nice kitchen and dining for our party of 10. Wonderful relaxing pool and game room for our after winery relaxation. And outstanding location to paso and the great wine tasting experience. Can’t say enough about Teri who was fantastic host with great suggestions. Loved our stay!

Wonderful Getaway

This was a great home for a wine tasting week with friends. The location is perfect - very close to downtown, which made it easy to get to restaurants, but also removed enough to be quiet and have wonderful views of the area, which is beautiful. The house itself was great, too. Our group of three couples had plenty of space, and we enjoyed all of the outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette party

This was the perfect hang out spot. There were enough rooms and beds for everyone in our party and it looks just like the pictures. Host provided a website with great winery options and travel accommodations and it made planning my sister bachelorette party a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again for family weekend getaway. Absolutely amazing experience and incredible home. Highly recommend.

Excellent - will be back. Great view, great value

Stay was perfect--you can sit for hours in the back patio just enjoying the view. Everything was very comfortable, nice touch that all bedrooms have an EchoDot to play music or set alarm with your voice. Also nice that pool is not right out the back door-kids could be noisy in pool without disturbing the adult cocktails on the patio! Very close to town. Will be back!

Awesome House

We enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles and this house was perfect for our family. Everything worked well and the house was very clean. We were able to keep cool in the pool and the AC kept the house very comfortable in 110 degree heat. The game room was a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the sunsets from the patio. The house is very well taken care of, we would definitely rent again!

Perfect weekend

An amazing property! A group of friends celebrating a big birthday. The home was so comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood, spectacular view. The beds were excellent, kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the days swimming and relaxing. We hired a caterer recommended by Teri who prepared a wonderful dinner for our group one night. It was unanimously decided we will come back for our annual trip.

Great stay!

We stayed here for my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was amazing and perfect for our needs. The views were spectacular. The host was super helpful when it came to ideas for wine tours and restaurants. Only complaint we had was that there was a rooster at a nearby house that was very loud and started before 5am. We also weren’t able to work the outdoor fireplace, but it wasn’t something that we needed to have on. Overall, great experience!
