Staff really great. Breakfast good but warmers didn’t do food justice. Immediate block around hotel not great but quickly improves in 2 blocks Some of friendliest staff ever encountered including manager who was always around

Good location, clean property. When there was an issue with plumbing in our room, front desk moved us out room right away. Breakfast was mediocre at best but it got the job done.

The main issue was a stranger had access with a key to my room while I was in it. I felt really unsafe. It was late in day after a long drive and events that I stayed or I would have left immediately. The whole experience was bad. The bathroom had mold like spots. A funky smell. It was noisy at night. Not to mention it was really expensive. I didn’t even do the free breakfast. I just wanted to leave asap in the morning. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel that was rated 3 stars

The property is clean and quiet with many amenities for example a free glass of wine during happy hour, robes and slippers in room. There’s complimentary breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly accommodating. It was a pretty convenient location. The only issue we had was that the electric charging machine didn’t seem to charge my car. I had it plugged for three hours. It didn’t gain one percent so I don’t know if it’s malfunctioning because I don’t have a problem with my car charging in

Great place to stay in Paso Robles. Great staff. Clean room, although bathroom is showing wear. We were a bit uncomfortable with vagrants loitering near the hotel. But that was the only concern. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing. There was a small issue with the room and we were upgraded with no problems, and that is an example of excellent customer service. The breakfast was good and we had multiple choices to choose from. We'll be back!

There was an error in the billing for my stay there, the hotel charged me after I had already paid. When I called to let them know, I spoke with Maria and she was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Maria was professional and wonderful. It was a great mini vacation.
