“The staff was very professional and courteous. They offered us water bottles immediately upon check-in. The facilities were clean, and seemed well maintained. It was very quiet and restful, and we appreciated the fridge in the room. The towels for the pool were super dinky, so better towels would be a great improvement, but that's the only aw shucks. Also, parking should be free. We thought the price was very reasonable for what we got, and the hotel was super close to shopping and a few……

“I've stayed here twice, and both times have had staffing issues. Once I came to check in, and no one was at the front desk...and no one came, for a VERY long time. I had to ask the restaurant staff if anyone would come. Eventually they did, but standing in a lobby hot and tired and on a timeline is not fun. I also ate at the restaurant both times, and they only seem to have one waitress. Again, waiting and waiting. What should've been a simple dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour exercise in patience……

“I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!”

“Cute boutique motel. Outside fire pits and shaded patio seating outside each room was a plus. We don’t have a dog, but they have a cute little dog park as well. ”

“The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water……

“The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby.”
