Hamptons style cottage home is family friendly with a wonderful, fully equipped, kitchen to cook-in and spa inspired marble bathroom with huge shower and soaking tub to relax in. Rear patio with nicely landscaped yard shaded or unshaded by a large retractable awing.

Located in Patchogue on a quiet block just a short walk to the fire island ocean ferries, restaurants, town's bustling main street, local bay beaches, pool, and parks.

Perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay!

Beautiful Long Island home in Patchogue

Home has been completely redone and every room is updated and spotless. Kitchen comes with a fully stocked fridge and food in the pantry.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving week while we visited the area for our son’s wedding. The house is beautiful with upscale appliances and bathrooms. The gas grill is a newer Webber. There was fresh fruit and other supplies in the kitchen for us on arrival. Chris was very kind and allowed an early check in and later check out. I would strongly recommend this place.

Spent the long weekend here with my husband and two children (ages 8 & 10) while in town for a family wedding. This home is beautifully redone, extremely clean and in a great location! The home is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Thanks for making our weekend seamless from check in to check out.

Fantastisches idyllisches Häuschen!

Was für ein schönes gemütliches Haus! Es liegt fast direkt am Wasser, Fähre zum Badestrand, absolut ruhige Lage, alles sehr sauber, Haus ist top ausgestattet. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und dann allerdings länger bleiben. Top!
