Our stay got off to a bad start with very unfriendly reception staff. Not very welcoming and quite rude. Not a good first impression. Room stated it had a stand alone shower, however it is outside and cold water only. For a hot shower you had to climb into the bath. We had to collect the tickets for breakfast every day rather than be given them all for our stay. Surely as a paying guest you can be trusted with more than one ticket ?? This situation was even more annoying as the breakfast was very poor. The selection was okay but everything was cold. There was a an egg station there but wasn’t in use. When we pointed out to the staff the fried eggs were cold they put a burner under neath to reheat.
We decided to check out a day early. On check out nobody enquired as to why or if everything was okay.
On talking to some locals they were aware of the problems.
