I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. The hosts were amazing and kind hearted. It felt like home away from home. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the Sea and the Isle of Tragonisi. The beach, Petra, is within walking distance and so are several restaurants. The cook was a wonderful woman, and provided a large breakfast buffet full of choices: cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, breads, cakes, cookies, nuts, milk, water, coffee, juice. The receptionists were helpful and quickly replied back on the apps even before my arrival helping to put my mind at ease for my journey. I highly recommend this hotel! I hope to return in the future!

Journey to Serenity on Our Enchanted Island

I have visited many Greek islands, but Patmos holds a special place in my heart. The island is very spiritual, and we stayed here for 4 days, choosing the Golden Sun Hotel. We did not have high expectations when we arrived, but the hotel's view is amazing, its architecture is colonial, and it is quiet and peaceful. I especially want to thank the hotel manager Andrianna and Evangelia, who provided everything we wanted with an always smile during our service.. They made our vacation wonderful, and if I come again, I would choose the same hotel. The people here are happy, respectful, and very sensible. My spouse and I loved the hotel and, more importantly, we formed a beautiful bond with the hotel manager and all the staff. I look forward to coming here again.

Golden sun hotel, Patmos

Wonderfull view over Grikos bay from the balcony. Probably the best view comparing with other hotels. Great to eat breakfast with that view. A nice and warm family atmosphere. Very good service from team Adriana, Evangelina, George, Ireni.

Reception ladies especially Eirin were extremely helpful, hotel needs a good remodeling, rooms are old and not well maintained… location is stunning but condition is not up to the level, a lift would be recommendable, not enough towels for the pool, breakfast should include espresso coffee.

Bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et la baie de Grikos tant de la terrasse de la chambre que de la piscine. Petite piscine mais très jolie avec de bons transats. La chambre était spacieuse et la SDB aussi avec une paroi de douche et pas un rideau contrairement à d'autres avis ... La propreté est irréprochable. Les deux dames à l'accueil sont extrêmement accueillantes et serviables. Le reste du personnel également très gentils et souriants Un très bel endroit où séjourner. Les seuls points qu'il faut savoir est qu'il y a énormément d'escaliers et qu'au petit déjeuner ( qui est très bien ), il y a beaucoup de guêpes.

Otelin manzarası çok güzeldi. Konum olarak da merkeze arabayla 4-5 dakika mesafede olduğu için iyiydi. Personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Birkaç tavsiye olarak bebek için verdikleri karyolaya sünger yatak konulmamış; pike, çarşaf vs kullanılarak yatak yapmaya çalışmışlar. Normal bir yatak konmasını beklerdik. Bir de kaldığımız odanın duşakabini çok sızdırıyordu; yatak odasına kadar su sızıyordu. Son olarak da bebekli/çocuklu aileler için düzayak girişi olmaması biraz zahmetli oluyor. Her merdiven iniş çıkışlarımızda bebeğimizi kucağımıza alıp arabasını elimizde taşımak zorunda kalıyorduk. Kahvaltısı da pek çeşitli ve lezzetli değildi ne yazık ki ama idare edilebilir. Bunlar dışında keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik diyebiliriz.

Otelimiz Patmos Grikos 'ta idi.Yol uzeri ulasimi kolay bir otel,calusan personel son derece kibar ve yardimciydi.Ozellile resepsiyonda olan Andrea Patmos ile ilgili cok guzel tavsiyelede bulundu.Odaları klasik yunan kulturunu yansittigi icin cok sevdik,kahvaltisi yeterliydi.Patmos'a gideceklere fiyat-performans araligi iyi olan bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

Een beetje gedateerd maar met een prachtig uitzicht en goede ligging op het eiland. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamer blinkend schoon met heerlijk frisse lakens en het uitzicht onbetaalbaar. Beneden in het dorpje zijn enkele restaurants met een gemoedelijke sfeer. Je loopt er zo naartoe als je goed ter been bent. Wij hebben genoten van onze tijd in Grikos bij Golden Sun!

Giriş ve otel çalışanlarının ilgisi çok iyiydi. Ancak otel çok eski ve yeterince temiz değil. Gece odamızda hamam böceği gördük ve sabah hemen başka otele geçtik. Hijyen konusunda biraz daha özenli olunması gerekiyor.
