「we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available.」

「Stayed one evening 29th March....festival started and was very noisy from temple until late at night and started again in very early hours. Hotel comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. However biggest issue is does not accept international credit cards.」

「Decent stay- not like a proper 5 star as you would expect. Service is good and staff is responsive and polite. Although aircon stopped working at middle of the night and someone tried to fix it 2-3 times in the morning but nothing happened though it was time to checkout. 」

「Damp. Everything damp. The walls. The bed linen. The pillows. Damp. No circulation of air in or around the building.」

「Staff was fantastic - courteous and professional. My one main complaint was internet was very slow at the hotel. 」

「Felt the facilities are okay but was surprised they did not give a bill.they said it has to be give by my booking agency.rather unusual i think.」

「Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. 」

「When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again」
