Everything was wonderful. Staff were so good and welcoming. We had buffet from the log restaurant, really good food and service. Absolutely loved our stay. We got to visit the Arctic snow hotel which was also good. We stayed in the igloo for 2 nights. No complaints at all.

We loved the location of this place as it was really remote with a beautiful forest and a couple of small hills for sledding which my young children loved, all selds are there ready to use. The hotel was good in an isolated location. Nice place for kids. The swimming pool was under maintenance on the first 2 days. After we found out the pool was cold. We only paid for breakfast but it was far from any local restaurant so we ate at the hotel. Very expensive and not good.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved being outside of the city to enjoy the quiet countryside and catch the most spectacular northern lights from the hot tub. For anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues, the house is accessible with ramps, wide doors and lots of space.
