每年都會選擇此酒店, 但今次是失望的. 雖然交通及地點是十分好, 但房間的整潔, 冷氣太嘈令人反感. 已換房間同樣有此問題.

Receptiontist is very rude and always ask for $$
Never book this hotel again.The lady on reception wearing the glasses and the suit called Tesxxxxx is so rude,asking $3000baths for the room deposit,otherwise she must keep our passports. She arranged the room which window facing to the wall, like jail without any view. She always said all the standard rooms like that.Internet charge $100bahts per hour,late 30 mins check out charge $200 Bahts.She said if not obey her, she can refund some $ to us , but not all $ I have already paid for hotel.com.We are really disappointed this stay . We are very bad luck to choose this hotel to deal with bad manner person.

每天都會限水，最後一晚停水，問前台何時復水，結果等到隔天退房水都沒來。 一直讓我們再等一小時一小時的，重點是需要洗澡啊！後來才安排到別棟別房間洗澡而已。

I stayed over than 11nights in my this trip,building 4 and 5 are at the end of the road,I lived in building 5,clean room,nice views,very quiet for sleeping,large room,queen size bed,good location for me as I prefer to walk a little bit before getting into water in beach,I could comment that "pay a hostel price in Europe but 5stars hotel to live in",everything is perfect to me! definitely will back if I come Patong again!

这个价格给你超值的享受，房间很干净，卫生间有浴缸，还有独立阳台，房间香薰味道很浓，走的时候行李箱的衣服都香了。一楼有泳池，对于怕下海晒黑的人是个好选择。酒店位置比较方便，不行到江西冷和酒吧街只需10分钟，过了酒吧街就是芭东海滩。总体很满意

Just stayed one night
Got Phuket at 3:00 pm so I choose this hotel just for staying one night.Didn't use the rooftop swimming pool which was a regret.Overall it's a nice stay,friendly staff,though there is no wifi in room.Considering the price,8/10 for a 3-star hotel.

Good experience really! Compared with the more expensive hotel in Bangkok, this one is bigger and more comfortable! The service is sweet, doorman take your luggage to your room, and I save my luggage for free there even I won't stay there after days!

APK住宿体验
这次把APK当成了中转酒店，但确实和想象中不一样，酒店服务不错，也挺舒适，就是房间没有WiFi，可怜兮兮地在阳台搜WiFi。 芭东有三个APK酒店，这个是更靠近江西冷的，去的时候要给司机说是resort and spa.不是resort。 其他的也都还不错，好评吧。

位置極佳,超抵住. 睡床十分舒適, 可惜床單不夠潔白. 每天都有清潔房間, 每天送你兩樽水. 泰國的酒店通常都無牙刷牙膏拖鞋提供的, 這次忘了帶, 唯有自己買啦! 超鍾意佢地既MASSAGE同泳池, MASSAGE有PACKAGE 優惠, 799 BAHT 90 MINS, 選兩個服務, 999 BAHT 120 MINS, 選三個服務, 泳池位於頂樓8/F, 可以望倒芭東區,黃昏時間好靚, 可惜水深超過1.5米, 小朋友要小心D先得! 因為晨早機, 早左到都可以提早CHECK IN(我大概10AM到達酒店), 值得一讚! 只有大堂WIFI 免費, 收得都唔錯! 整體感覺得好好! 布吉的人都好NICE! 食野又好平!

The charge is absolute under value. Hard bed with bloody sheet causing my friend allergenic, very bad service. 位置還不錯，但是服務品質很不好，床很硬，照片跟實物差很多，給我們帶血的床單， 睡到全身過敏。

酒店的位置很好 离BIGC很近 周围很多小超市 离夜市也很近 到店免费给升级了高级房 酒店前台有一名会中文的小伙子 还帮我弄手机卡 非常感谢 这个酒店适合预算不是很高的游客 空调淋浴都具备 度假没问题

住了三天，三天都有驚喜
我們租了四間房間，第一天零晨四時回到酒店，四間房間都沒有自來水了，第二天，有水了，但只有熱水，怎沖涼呢，晚上回到酒店房間的咭開不到門，第三天，又有二間房間開不到門......p.s四間房間露台的門鎖是鎖不到的，唯一可以讚的是位置非常好

酒店非常不好，就是两栋楼立在那里，不管是从清洁度还是从服务质量都非常不好，很是让人失望，不过到江西冷的距离还是挺近的，周边还有很多酒店，建议可以到了再找，觉得都还不错，至少比这家好。

This hotel is very old and dated, no wifi, only in reception, room filthy, black mold in bathrooms and vomit in bath! none of the staff helpful if you complain the pretend they don't speak English ( apart from when they want your cash deposit) they cater for under 30 Russian gests so if you are looking for an 18-30 type Russian holiday this is what you get in 22 trips to Thailand this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it is only one up from backpacker dorm rooms but dirtier, Expedia should not be marketing the APK properties they are not even one star stay here at your peril.

Room wasn't cleaned properly. Bed was like sleeping on cement. No poolside bar as advertised. Pool furniture old and broken. Both pools looked like they weren't cleaned regularly, especially rooftop pool. TV didn't have clear reception.

The shower was slow, we had large bugs in our room, our air con leaked water and we had to ask for an extra towel as they didn't fix it while we were there (6 nights). There was no pool bar that was advertised. I took my children to show how great the place was only to be disappointed. We were placed on separate floors and the rooms were VERY dated. Wasn't worth the money we paid.

truly not happy with the APK group as I had make full payment for APK resort & spa BUT upon arrival arrange us stay at APK resort very far from jungceylon, cos coming with family (had children & elderly) really not convenience and indirectly increase my expense (transfer back to hotel from jungceylon - tuk tuk price go up 300-800 baht .... crazy)

Mediocre hotel close to beach
Stayed for two nights in February. Staff were not especially welcoming or friendly (oftentimes it would take us several minutes to get their attention and when we did they appeared annoyed) but they knew the area well and were helpful at times. Overall area around the hotel is busy so at night noise can be heard from the street in your room. The rooms look nothing like the picture and are not worth the price. However, compared to the rest of the Patong area, APK may be a nicer option. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing beach trip at a nice hotel and near a remote beach, I would stay away from the Patong Beach area and not recommend APK Resort and Spa.
