房間比較大，有浴缸，大露臺。酒店與沙灘距離很近。電單車有免費泊位。有機會會再度住宿，本人推薦這酒店。

地理位置好，离海滩近，附近吃饭的地方也多。但是阳台外就是酒吧街，晚上房间里比较吵

住了四天，只是第一天入住的房間不滿意，因為出去買東西回來的時候，房門壞了，酒店立刻安排維修人員把門打開，但也花了半小時，第二天要求換個房間，雖然樓下是酒吧，外面有音樂聲，但坐着露台喝點啤酒也是享受的，距離big c 約十五分鐘路程，也算是方便，房間也很整潔，下次來也會入住

第一天入住就知道床單是沒有換，有鼻涕和血，到前台服務人員換新，最後亦沒有換，只好不用枕頭，前台服務員沒有禮沒有笑容英文亦不懂，地方大，平，行十分鐘到大商埸，但太哂，因為有小朋友每天搭大車300B到商埸那邊，包大車去機場1200B！6大4小！

吃饭非常方便，附近夜生活也十分丰富。建议要求高一点的楼层，噪音会小一点，房间的玻璃隔音也不错。附近有一家普吉岛top 3的马杀鸡店，过去非常方便。但是酒店的前台让我们不是特别满意，我们早上5:50左右checkout，想请前台帮忙叫一辆taxi，但是她拒绝了。另外，酒店的名字不是centra Ashlee, 而是Ashlee hub. 酒店提供的地址在谷歌地图上找出来是另外一个非常远的地方，导致来接机的司机找不到路。

這次酒店體驗良好，地點方便shopping，10分鐘到大型商場及BIG C超級市場，酒店不太嘈可以接受，房間裝修新及乾淨，因為是環保酒店，所以房間沒有拖鞋牙膏牙刷等物品，附近就有便利店及中西式餐廳非常方便，門口就有小販檔可以宵夜，保安情況還可以，上房間升降機需拍卡，才可以按自己層數，第一天發生小插曲發現房間門鎖壞了沒有上鎖，清潔房間的工作人員沒會把門鎖好，一推門就可進入，投訴後第二天沒再發生，下次都會再揀這間酒店

性價比高，是一次愉快的體驗
很舒適的酒店，泳池的體積雖然不大，但很足夠，而且水深只有米二，很適合我，酒店的地埋位置很不錯，座落在HARD ROCK CAFE的對面，很好認，走去芭東也很只需十分鐘，看到評論說附近的酒吧會使戈無法入睡，本來也有些擔心睡眠的問題，但我們一行三人都沒有這個問題，我們的房間打開窗會聽到音樂聲，但關上窗後，沒有太大噪音的問題，幾天都睡得很好，酒店的服務人員態度也很好，這個價錢我認為性價比很高，再次到布吉的話，也會再次選擇這間

quite a nice hotel
i spent 4 nights in this hotel. the overall experince is quite good. the staff are nice and willing to serve. the room i stayed is comfy with a sofa and a table to spend time with my mates however, showering in the room is not as enjoyable as the toilet isnt clean enough for me and the water pressure is rather low.

Staff lazy
Request the staff the change the new bed sheet, due the first day i see the bed sheet is dirty. Then i ask them to change it on tomorrow but, they did not. Very Disappointed.

Service need to improve
Expect front desk Mr. Bond, the rest of the staff need to improve service. Hard Rock Cafe music never stop until 2AM daily. The buffet is so so. 15 mins walk to the mall.

Everything is great, except the staff not friendly and nice. From front desk, house keeping, restaurant. Except Mr. Bond from front desk. I request to change my bed sheet, because is dirty. But the second day, the house keeper did not change. Then the third and forth day. I change hotel to The Naka Phuket Villa. It is totally different. Not the size is the services.

夜晚好嘈,但位置不錯
酒店唔check email,如有特別要求的話不要找這間酒店,因為除左打長途電話之外就聯絡唔到呢間酒店。雖然職員整體服務都ok,但入住時酒店職員唔知點解幫我地開左露台個窗,搞到好多蚊飛左入黎,殺植都殺唔哂!問酒店但係任何滅蚊器借,最後搞到訓覺係咁俾蚊咬。同埋無論你住邊一間房,夜晚都有bar的嘈吵聲,醒訓既人唔建議住。

We have requested high-floor and quiet room. However, our room was arranged in the 2nd floor and nearest to the Hardrock cafe. The music from Hardrock was non-stop until midnight. Place is convenient and the price is reasonable.

酒店位置还不错，就是晚上比较吵，第一次入住要求更换较高楼层，酒店满足了。退房时告知第二次入住信息，要求留个楼层高点的房间，酒店记纪录并答应，结果回来办理入住还是给了三层的房间，可见酒店服务绝对不到位。房间设施尚可，只是三楼房间内有霉味，7楼房间有发霉的浴帘没有被更换，细节上不够。无洗漱用品，无拖鞋。

Value for money, it is located only 15 min walk from heart of Patong; though it is a bit noisy at night as it is opposite to Hard Rock Cafe, but the noise is acceptable for myself.

总体很好，唯独晚上有点吵！
酒店的房间很舒适，就算我们是特价房，环境依然是好！check in 的时候，一位泰国的MM笑容很亲切，刚好还碰上了一个中国人去那里实习的酒店服务生。酒店唯一一个缺点就是晚上比较吵，可能因为是在闹市的原因吧，对面的酒吧激情的音乐一直到深夜。总体来说，这酒店性价比挺高的，舒适程度不用质疑，只要你不是对噪音有太高要求就完全没有问题了！

酒店就位于硬石酒吧对面,到购物中心相当方便,周边也很热闹,酒店的硬件条件也不错,就是晚上睡觉的酒吧噪音打了点,早餐不是很丰富.总的来说还是性价比挺好的.

The location is not but, because it takes some minutes to get shopping malls and the beach, but you can walk. And location around the hotel is also fun. The hotel room is clean and large for this price. Breakfast is delicious, but there isn't much variety.

Great place to stay, right at Otop Market. Room was very clean and presentable. Even though it was very noisy outside, the double glazed balcony doors block most of it. The only thing I’d add is that the breakfast add on is not worth it. The choices were very limited and you’d get better value from the myriad of offerings in the street.

This property is advertised as 4 star. 2 star at best. The roof top bar and restaurant are not in operation and the pool area consists of a few broken sun lounges. Very run down and service was average. It was very disappointing but the location was good if you like night life. The music from the bars across the street keep you awake until 4.30am.
