Budget hotel vlose to everything
I checked this hotel in Expedia and everything meets my expectation. But, I felt disappointed until I checked in. TV's remote does not work. Smelly in the room. There's noise downstairs as my room just above the place where renovation took place. I requested to chsnge to another room, the switch button of the ceiling fan was worn out. When the hotel staff helped me to turn it on, I cannot turn it off without the tool after the staff left. Toilet flushing was not strong enough. While I was resting due to illness, I head several guys outside my door tlking loud and tried to open my door. Don't know what's the problem. Lunckily I put the door knot on. They knocked my door so I answered to let them know someone is staying. Also. It' a non-smoking hotel but they allow guest smoke in the restaurant. The only good thi.g is it closes to everything and you can go for a drink in the nearby nice hotels nearby. But I won't be staying there again.

Staff no follow up
The hairdry doesnt work , it only work a few second then it will no reaction airomatically . I’d ask the receiption staff to change another one, they said they will check after 20min. But no body come so far! Until the second day, i’d request afain to check the hair dry , they said that will do, finally , I check out , no body come to fix the problem ! I stayed at room-303 for three days !

这酒店是处了我此次8个酒店中安美德度假村最破的外，这是第二差的 空调很不给力，可能分房型，遇到同酒店中国人说他住别的楼，我竟然不知艾斯瑞有俩楼，好像是对面桔子酒店旁的楼 我住他们本酒店的楼，空调真的不给力，其他方面还凑合 早餐一般把，也不好吃，在泰国8个酒店中吃的唯一好吃的酒店竟然收我BAR FINE钱
