酒店地点适合喜欢安静人士，亦提供免费往返酒店大门及芭东购物中心穿梭班车方便出行。硬件一般四星级酒店标准，服务水准大致达标。提供旅游咨询服务的同事值得点赞，但housekeeping的执房服务仍需改善。总体满意住宿经历。

酒店一般與網上圖片有分別, 清潔度一般般，尤其是浴室， 浴缸污糟到不能浸，花灑水壓好差，房燈光好暗， 這酒店比想像中差, 不值這價錢，距離巴東8分鐘車程， 出入好唔方便， check in 之後好泊車，要職員揸車才去到房間， 我們自駕遊冇問題， 但唔建議自由行入住。 行去食早餐，泳池及停車場 有一段距離，早餐環境好好食物多選擇嘢食ok， 有三個泳池景幾靚， 大堂是開放式沒有冷氣，下次不會再入住。

Amazing, Relax Hotel
This is 2nd times stayed in Novotel Phuket Resort, we love the sea view room and access pool side room, it silent and gave us amazing and unforgettable memories, we will stay again on next Phuket trip. Buffet, swimming pool are very well, staffs are politely and nice. I appreciate the free shuttle truck to shopping mall, it was more convenience for us and can be save more unnecessary expenses and it was surprised we got free snacks, drinks and a beautiful hat when we came to room.

住的房間看下去是球場及游泳池，但設施都在維修。最重要有一晚居然沒有電，房間冷氣、電視等電源沒電。

Wish I could stay longer...
Meeda at Front Desk and Tisha at Coffee House are friendly and helpful. Room service, luggage pick-up, shuttle bus service and all provide professional service and the high efficiency, impressive! Really enjoyed our vacay there for 5 days!

出入比較麻煩，每小時才有一部 shuttle bus, 而且需要預先 book 定，要是臨時想反酒店比較難 在芭東回酒店一部 的士/嘟嘟 為 200 泰銖 而且有時候酒店職員的態度不太好.......不過泳池這些設施是比較好的~~~

不近酒吧街及商場。步行約30分鐘！但環境優美舒適！早餐一般及地方细。如集中時段要等位。酒店有點舊，如可翻新更好。泳池细。近沙灘。沙灘一直行约10分鐘有小販檔，喜歡寧靜的，是不錯的選擇！

如果住在山腰上的客房，一切都很棒，尤其是窗外风景。但如果住在山下的客房，由于没有电梯，上上下下会很吃力，而且靠马路，晚上也比较吵。

酒店環境不錯
酒店環境舒適, 每當坐在大堂及露台時, 都會有想睡的感覺, 而服務員都很有禮貌及主動幫助客人解決問題, 酒店設備方面也尚算齊全, 只是泳池細小, 只適合戲水或浸身, 酒店位置很個人, 我就是他喜歡偏離市區, 旺中帶靜, 怕走路或走徙斜的朋友應該會不太喜歡的, 因為要再帆船商場回酒店需要走25~35分鐘的路, 然後再走斜路, 不過吃飽之後走回去當是運動也不錯, 可幫助消化, 整體來說我很喜歡這酒店, 有機會也會再入住

酒店整体感觉很棒，大堂在山坡上，爬上去有些费力，不过酒店提供免费的bus从入口出到大堂。由于酒店处于巴东海岸的一端，所以步行去繁华区需要15分钟左右，酒店提供免费的bus到一出莲花购物中心，不过下午4：45分为最后一班bus从购物中心，要是玩的稍晚一些，只能选择步行或者嘟嘟回酒店B200。酒店的房间设施齐全，并有免费的冰块提供给客人，游泳池也分上下两层。总的来说是个不错的度假村

Nice hotel, great staff apart from one grumpy receptionist. Nice pools. Very close to everything Patong has to offer. I’d just say to be careful crossing the road outside the hotel - traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk.

Large room with a great view of the ocean. Wonderful complimentary shuttle service to bottom of the resort and to the new mall ( Jungceylon Mall ). Staff are very professional and courteous. Room is spotless albeit a bit dated. Breakfast can be improved with better quality and variety. Great value for the rate I paid for my ocean view room.

Hotel facilities flawless. All staff in every department were extremely helpful and friendly. Private pool access is convenient and enjoyable. But the room only deserves 4 stars as the bathroom design is very old. The shower in bathtub feature is inconvenient for middle age people like us with bad knees. Shower sliding door served as a shower curtain not far enough to avoid excess amount of water leaking out seeping to the bathroom floor, wetting the floor can be quite slippery to get out of the bathtub when not careful. Bathroom needs a renovation.
