在房間使用吹風機竟然跳電兩次？！早上請櫃檯幫忙訂計程車，計程車遲到達半小時之久⋯除此之外，房間很寬敞、乾淨，早餐也不錯，飯店附近非常熱鬧但房間內卻意外的安靜。

a nice small hotel.
the wifi was slow, and sometime cannot connect. room is just in the street-side, little noise from street running motorcycle and car.

Friendly and helpful staff!
The location is very close to all attractions, like the big shopping mall and the bar street. All the staff are very friendly and helpful even if we checked in at 4 in the morning. The room is bright, clean and tidy. The only problem is the street where it is located is very busy itself, a lot of traffic plus bars and restaurants open till midnight so it could be noisy at midnight and in the morning.

近海灘及商場,床硬,毛巾不清潔
自問去過不少旅行,住過很多酒店,今次一家三口去住,有小朋友. 酒店只有地點好,員工有禮貌(是必須吧),酒店近海灘及商場,床很硬,瞓不好,去旅行都不可以好好休息......毛巾十分不清潔,本應白色的毛巾已變灰色.(日日換都是這樣子),沒有拖鞋提供, 水溫不穩定. 請自備牙膏牙刷洗頭水沖涼液, 每天有三支水提供. 泳池可以不去,超細.還想有有線收費的電視台?當然沒有吧! 沒有下一次.

酒店地理位置 真的很好 去哪都方便 在普吉这个位置基本不用图图车和双条 就适合腿着
酒店顶层有泳池 一层有酒吧 前台服务非常到位 没毛病 真实感想就是真的很好 建议去普吉的 小伙伴 在这里 住下 出来玩吗 钱不到位 房间就一般 但是 只是玩 就够了

今次係我第二次入住， 地点十分方便，就在巴東夜街附近， 但有十分寧靜， 前後街有大型Big C比我shopping, 仲有夜市，店員親切有禮， 早餐豐富美味！

It was a gem in the middle of the excitement that is Patong. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and updated . Close walk to all activites and 5 minute walk to beach. A 7-11 is next door which ic convenient. Overall th ebest bang for your buck, great value!

정실론 쇼핑과 클럽에서 마음편히 즐기고 싶은 분에게 추천. 마사지샵도 즐비해서 골라서 갈 수 있어요. 복잡복잡하지만 지루할 틈은 없어요.

Here is Patong, Bangla Phuket. You choose the wrong location. Next time we recommend you stay near the beach quite and high spend money.

Great place to stay to be right near the action without the noise. Has a bar and restaurant attached and the staff is a great help. They accommodated is to the room type we needed and let us keep our bags there, while we took 2 days to Phi Phi. Highly recommended

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay. All the staff were polite and helpfull and made me feel very welcomed. The rooms were cleaned every day. 2 water bottles were provided each day and the room was equipped with air conditioning. The location is un-beatable and walking distance to all the nightlife, shopping and restaurants. The beach is only a short walk. I highly recommend staying at The Orchid Resortel and will definately booking again when I come back next year!

Как я уже писал расположение можно сказать идеальное все что нужно рядом, магазин в том же здании, единственно главное чтобы окна на улицу не выходили на которую выходит главный вход особенно если это до 5 этажа и у вас проблемы со сном из-за шума

Все хорошо но зависит от стороны отеля
Расположение на мой взгляд идеальное до Банглроад идти минуты 4, до пляжа 8 минут в том же здании что гостиница магазин 7/11, до ночного базара где как стемнеет дешево купить и чтобы сразу сготовили морепродукты минут 5, только BBQ они готовить не умеют. Лучшая система охлаждения что я встречал пока в Таиланде, перед приездом моим охладили хватило не включать кондиционер на 2 ночи. Основной минус если вам дадут номер который выходит на главную улицу где вход в гостиницу, этажа этак до 5, у меня был 3, если вам мешает спать шум то вы не заснете на этой стороне, так как с 10 вечера до 8 часов утра там очень шумно и постоянно ездят скутеры и их жутко слышно, при чем днем в комнате не шумно, ад начинает с 10-12 ночи. Так что требуйте номер с другой стороны.

The room and bed was as depicted. Its shower had reliable hot water. The hotel's lift operates well. The facility is suitably maintained in reasonable repair. The staff were nice, accomodating, and made efforts to ensure that my needs were met -- even those of which I might have been unaware. It is within 2 minutes walk of Soi Bangla. Considering the location, my interior room was amazingly insulated from outside noise.

I couldn’t be more upset with the staff at this hotel, I have never been treated so terribly. I had a friend come up to my room for a drink and they charged me 1,500 baht. They literally laughed in my face when I argued the fact, I brought up how I’m already paying a lot of money for this hotel and the lady at the front literally told me no I wasn’t. She told me I can leave with no refund if I would like, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time here. The only thing good was the cleanliness of the hotel.

Bra för att uppleva stadspulsen!
Åker man till Patong beach för att uppleva pulsen och det smått hysteriska nattlivet är detta rätt hotell. Själva hotellet är lugnt men ligger ju verkligen rätt i smeten. Kanske inget ställe man vill bo någon längre tid på dock men vi var ju bara där i 2 dagar för att fira nyår och då var det perfekt!
