This small property is directly across from the south end of Patong beach. It’s convent to walk to most of the most popular attractions in Patong. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a sea view suite which was excellent and the rooftop pool was wonderful. Cleaning staff were amazing and really friendly but the reception staff barely spoke and made you feel like an inconvenience if you asked them anything.

Very nice hotel , far enough away from the noisy nightlife but near enough to walk to it all . Very clean modern rooms. Nice rooftop pool with great views of beach and sunset !

Terrible Hotel and very bad experience unfortunately The room had spider, insects crawling on the bed, insects crawling on rhe floor and COCKROACHES yes right cockroaches I caught two in one night crawling in the middle of the room and that was when I went down to the reception asking for an explication and guess what they had no service staff or any staff at 11 pm othern that the receptionist, what a joke I checked out midnight and left the horrible smelling full of insects hotel. Don’t be fooled by the photos-as I was it is a no no hotel due to hygiene standards.

Terrible evening reception

We arrived at the hotel at 6 in the evening after a long trip and the reception was as terrible as you can imagine. The guy at the reception was rude and not accommodating at all. He kept asking for more money at arrival. In addition to that, the room door had to be fixed upon arrival and the basin was clogged too. They hardly understand english and kept making mistakes in everything. It was exhausting explaining things to them. The morning lady was nice and the hotel was nice too. The swimming pool was the best part. If you want to book here, be ready to have an exhausting experience. If you can compromise on that, then the location is perfect on the patong beach. Another thing. They say they understand but then do everything wrong and argue with you that you were wrong. So exhausting.

Har bodd her tidligere, men denne gang var opplevelsen en helt annen. Jeg klaget på renholdet tidligere. Jeg ba om rengjørning innenfor arbeidstid, og så personalet gå 1 time før oppsatt tider for rengjøring. Allilevel var rengjøringen elendig. Vet sjekk out, ble jeg i tillegg beskyldt for å røvet tio meg et håndkle. Jeg fortalte personalet at dette kkke stemte, hva skal man med et lite håndkle? Jeg ble sendt opp for å sjekke, men da var de allerede igang med skifte. Jeg påpekte til og med at de lar dunken med alle brukte håndkle utenfor døren min igjennom hele dagen, da kunne jeg jo like greit plukka med meg et der ifra? Etter mye om og men, fikk jeg så beskjed fra personalet om at de hadde sett meg med dette til stranden. Dette var et lite ansiktshåndkle. Nok igjen måtte jeg gi beskjed at dette ikke stemte; jeg har ikke vært på stranden igjennom oppholdet, da jeg har vært på jobb og kundemøter igjennom kvelden/natten. Blir fort useriøst når hotellet vil lage problemer for et lite håndkle til 100thb. Utover dette trenger rommene vedlikehold, spaet fungerer ikke som det skal; det mangler lys, vannet fylles ikke slik det skal og alle dysene fungerer ikke. Hotellets takbasseng er også i behov for oppgradering vedlikehold, løse planker, farlig trapp og senger som ikke ser ut.

This was our best stay in Thailand. The staff was fabulous. Helped with the tours (booking, car service, and safety.) recommended what to do locally, and overall just extremely pleasent to chat with! Toey was our favorite, the star of the hotel! The new roof-top pool was beautiful and the view was gorgeous! Rooms were cleaned daily as long as you put your tag on the door. Will return on our next holiday to Phuket!

Beste beliggenhet i byen. Ligger helt nede ved stranden. Rett utfor hotellet er det mange spennende spiseplasser. Hotellets restaurant som ligger utfor hovedinngangen har nydelig mat og meget hyggelig betjening. Noe forøvrig det øvrige personalet også var. På hotellets takterasse hvor bassenget ligger har man en fantastisk utsikt iver Patong Beach og Patong by. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste

Mir hat an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen, dass unser Zimmer was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte (riesen Zimmer mit eigenem Pool) nicht zur Verfügung stand. Immerhin hatte ich das extra 3 Monate in voraus gebucht. Man hätte mich ja vor der Anreise kontaktieren können. Dann hätte ich selbst entscheiden können ob ich ein anderes Zimmer oder gleich ein anderes Hotel möchte (was mir sogar am Flughafen lustiger Weise angeboten wurde. Zimmer waren nicht wirklich wie auf den Fotos. Filter und Bearbeitung ist wohl alles. Sauberkeit. Naja. Man sieht den Dreck durch klug durchdachtes Interior nicht. Whirlpool halb kaputt und dreckig. Zimmer zur Straße. Sehr laut. Klimaanlage sehr sehr laut. Ich hatte für vier Nächte gebucht. Der Aufenthalt war aber unerträglich Frühstück war ein riesen Witz. Noch nie sowas schlechtes erlebt und gegessen. Ich konnte Gottseidank die letzten zwei Nächte stornieren.

Bien mais à rénover ( surtout la piscine)

Très bien situé un peu en retrait du centre mais assez près de tout . La piscine est à refaire il manque la moitié des carreaux et plusieurs sont en vrac au fond de l’eau ..
