Location is fantastic - low key, great for relaxing. My boys enjoyed fishing right from the deck and walk to the beach was like 2 minutes. Place is very nice. The only nuance was that cold water knob in the bathroom sink was not working but we managed without it. Some furniture need som TLC but as I said, wouldn't mind to come back.

I liked that the property was on the river, and across the street from the beach. I also liked that they offered kayaks. There is also a dock you can fish off of. I did see manatee and dolphin right at the property! You can also see rocket launches from the beach across the street. I stayed in the Boathouse unit I didnt like how tight the parking was, how the parking lot flooded, I kept finding big scary roaches in my room, the shower had no water pressure or no shelves/rails for washcloths, soaps etc, you have to use the floor. Also there is a tv but you cannot access any basic channels. I text the owner (not on the property) because after a long day I wanted to watch the baseball playoffs I was told to use Roku through the tv. The tv in my room didn't offer Roku. If you're looking for a quick stay its fine and functional not too far from stores, restaurants etc about 4 miles and the property has a lot to offer. Just bring flip flops with you at all times the small stoned parking lot floods, have a tv subscription YouTube tv etc if you want to watch tv after a long day, and the shower has no water pressure and no shelving. Say hi to Bob that's what I named the last giant roach I saw. I get it it's FL, but he is scary!

We had a magical vacation at Banana River Resort! The river view from our room was so peaceful to wake up to each morning. The resort provides fishing poles, so we stopped by a local tackle shop for shrimp and hooks and spent several evenings fishing from the dock while watching the sun set over the water.
One of our favorite parts was seeing dolphins and manatees right from the property. We even watched a manatee glide through the river while the bioluminescence sparkled around it. Itfelt like a scene straight out of Moana ✨.
The location is hard to beat. Having the beach directly across the street was amazing, and we loved being just minutes from so many great restaurants and local spots. As an unexpected bonus, we were able to watch a rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable.
This was truly one of our best vacations yet, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect spot! Relaxing and family or adult only friendly. I love that the paddle boards and kayaks were there to use. The house was very clean, modern and had enough supplies for the time we were there. We cooled the entire time and everything worked great with no issues. The beach is a short 3 minute walk, but the road that need to be crossed is busy there.

We loved everything about our stay! Everything was so clean and nice. I texted them to ask a question and they answered promptly and efficiently. Perfect location on the Banana River yet the beach is across the street. We were excited about the paddle boards and we took them out and we were out on the water for hours! This time it was just me and my significant other celebrating our anniversary and it was just perfect! Next time we plan to come back with our girls! We live about a hour away so just perfect! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait for the next visit!! 🤗

I was surprised that we had to share a air conditioning thermostat with our neighbor and they controlled it however the staff helped me out with that issue and they were very kind the room was very clean and the stay was a very pleasant highly recommend you replace shower head and handle.
