“We had a wonderful stay with Sophia. She treated us like family! She picked us up at the airport and when it was time to go in the cruise, she drove us to the ship. There was 4 of us and our rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.”

“I had initially asked if I could checkout later on as my flight was delayed, the host had mentioned I could stay until 1 pm, but I offered to pay for staying longer (4 pm) checkout, he asked for £45, as soon as we got to the property he asked me to pay it upfront, the room he gave me had no view, the glass door was against the wall, I asked him if he could give me a crib to take outside (the patio) during the day so that my daughter could be playing in it safely he refused and told me that the……
