“The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful, especially with arranging local tours. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet.
The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. The driver, however, was excellent. The rooms also felt tired and in need of an upgrade, with some……

“The hotel was amazing, the view for the pool and lake was amazing to look every morning. The staff were eager to help and made our stay fantastic. The restaurant had a really good breakfast buffet as well as for dinner. I would definitely return to this hotel. ”

“The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything.
Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money……
