「Generally the hotel environment and breakfast are good. It is close to Pattaya beach and there is a shopping mall right next to it, very convenient!」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room (Room number 2000) that I checked in is a bit worn out though. There are noises from the bars nearby at nighttime. Location is good. Overall, I’m satisfied.」

「After swam at 2/F swimming pool, my friend’s and my eyes felt painful and red eyes, we felt water on swimming pool was dirty and few bags of swimming pool salt put near swimming pool, we already have verbal and written complaint to their staff, no response and no one to talk and explain to us, up to now our eyes still pain and have red eyes, we will see doctor after go back to Hong Kong.」

「房間主體沒有問題，隔壁的建設造成比較吵也不是飯店的問題。但是飯店的宣傳照片中提供的一些軟硬體設備，例如地毯，抱枕等等都缺乏。覺得住到刪減版本的房間」
