“環境幽靜，只是房間沒有牙刷供應，拖鞋重用的有污垢，wifi好弱，但buffet早餐很豐富好味”

“地點少許不方便,我的房間没有景觀,冷氣機滴水,要職員多給毛巾處理滴水。早餐尚可,有4款選擇。職員很友善和幫忙,因為叫不到的士,所以他們駕電單車送我們到附近的餐廳。”

“酒店在海滩边上,比价偏僻,不好打车,适合一个人的孤单旅行.喜欢热闹的还是选择芭堤雅中部的酒店吧. 整体设施很新, 服务非常好.泳池挺漂亮. 酒店定位应该主要针对团体旅客. 我住的几天全部都是中国来的旅行团. 早餐时间散客的餐厅就我一个人... 这也是唯一的不足..”

“Everything from the hotel decor, room cleanliness, staff professionalism was very good. We booked a Pool Access room and you can be in the Pool within 3 seconds :o) The only drawback during the stay is the Wifi Internet kept resetting and expiring which required constant re-entering of the user-id and password which was quite a pain. After the secobnd day, we just gave up on the wifi all together but everything else was great! ”

“Room is small. The lady who hand me keys never appear. Hard to call her unless she demand for more money. On my booking . Clearly says I paid my cleaning fee 500tb. But still I have to pay again. Cooker and microwave . But no pens or plates. I was in laguna2 and Atlantis before. It's much better. Don.t try to save a few penny.avoid this one .”

“The manager and staff were very accommodating and nice, the view and easy access to the beach was wonderful. The room had everything we needed, water bottles were always available. The street noise was a little loud in the morning but put earplugs in or turn up the fan on the AC, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Also it was so nice to be greeted by the house cat. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were truly outstanding, offering service that was more than excellent. The swimming pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The housekeeping team were kind, hardworking, and made sure everything was perfect. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. ”
