Nice place but with some negative facts

The staff are nice people, the villa is in good condition but we found some deadly insect outside in the pool and small insect inside the toilet and a large lizard in the kitchen ... one of the Rooms AC was doing some noise even after they fix it ... i give it overall rating of 3/5

位置偏遠，交通不太方便，但附近有小店及便利店可以補給 酒店不會有接待處，幸運地到步後就見到唯一的職員，職員用電話與經理溝通後才正式入住，而酒店並沒有像一般酒店提供日常用品，所以要自備，每次有什麼要求都要透過電話方式聯絡，有點麻煩，但他們都非常好人，儘力滿足我們，最後還親自車我們去車站！

A good value for your money.

This is one of the better apartment hotels that I have stayed in. You get what you see from the pictures. Although it was not clean when we arrived, there is a cleaning lady that comes everyday to clean the apartment. There were also no towels and no pillow cases! I had to go and buy towels and pillow cases from TESCO the following day. However, after I mentioned the problem to the manager, towels were provided and were changed everyday. The temperature was also quite high in Pattaya and the three air-condition units were not enough to cool down the two bedrooms and the living room/dining area. The location is quite remote but also means quite and relaxing. I rented a car so it was convenient for us. It might serve as a problem if you have no transportation. The swimming pool was just enough size but was not welcoming to the as it did not look very clean and it seems that the water filtering was not visibly working.
