For a monthly stay guest, please note electricity and water bills will be charged separately, according to the actual usage.

No smoking allowed in the room, but you can smoke at the balcony.
No throwing toilet paper in the toilet bowl

Please provide a copy of your passport as we need to report of your stay to the Thai immigration Bureau.

Airport pick up and drop-off can be arranged at the additional cost. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your arrival or you can let me talk with the local taxi driver to locate the condo.
