Jomtien beach is a mere 2km away and there are many other attractions in the area, such as the lakes of the Pattaya floating market that can be seen from the second sala/terrace area upstairs.

Beverly Thai House Pool Villa is close to many of the local attractions. Jomtien beach and the main strip are just 2km away, as are many international and Thai restaurants. The Floating Market is literally right on your doorstep, you can even see it from the upstairs Sala. Attractions like Underwater World, Alangkarn Theater, Silverlake Vineyard, Phoenix Golf Course and Viharnra Sien Chinese Temple are just a short 10 minute drive from the villa.
The beach of Pattaya and the infamous walking street are only a 15 minute drive away, as are all the major shopping centres and beachside markets.
Accommodation
Beds
All five bedrooms are located on the second floor. and one is over the pool.The master bedroom has a double bed and a large Samsung TV with cable TV access, a DVD player and high-end surround sound system. It also has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space. The second and third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms both have double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen televisions and beautiful wooden floors throughout. The second and third bedrooms share an ensuite that is equipped with full shower facilities, washbasin and western toilet.

Baths
All five bathrooms have a shower, western toilet and washbasin, but as an extra bonus the master bedroom has a built-in Jacuzzi in the ensuite. The second ensuite is in between the other two bedrooms and the third bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Kitchen
There is an indoor and an outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including a 4-ring stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor, water heater and refrigerator. The outdoor Thai style kitchen has a stovetop as well as a washing machine, so you can dine al fresco and cook up a storm with pure convenience.

Living Rooms
The spacious lounge area connects with the shaded terrace outside so you can open the large doors and let in a cool tropical breeze whenever you please. The sitting area is very comfortable and stylish and there is a strong Thai design throughout all of the furniture and art. For when you want to relax and unwind there is even a large LG flat screen television with International channels and surround sound system. Wi-Fi Internet is also available throughout the villa.

Dining Room
The spacious dining area is located between the lounge area and the kitchen. The wooden dining table seats up to eight people.
