My first experience at Cape Dara Resort was great! It’s very quiet here and the staffs were patient and friendly. What I suggest to the hotel to improve is the breakfast and beverage, it’s kinda disappointing. But overall was very good experience that I will recommend my friends for sure!

Good stay and relax
Overall is very good, especially swimming pool, seaview and food. But electricity was shut down at midnight and recovered after several re-opened. Hotel did not report to us of the situation next day. Also, found one small cockroach inside the room. Fortunately, overall stay experience is comfortable and relax.

我跟老公在10/10 入住。酒店也安排了一份蛋糕送給老公,各方面都很好,只是第一天晚上,睡到零晨4點,24樓傳來一disco music,我致電到服務台,她們竟說我們層數只有四間房間,應該不是,老公都聽到,不只是我一人,不過房間住得很舒適所以小事就算了

硬體設備還不錯, 飯店接待人員不夠親切, 餐廳因為是開放空間, 沒有窗戶, 玻璃幃幕, 所以很多蒼蠅及鳥類到處飛, 飯店外面的那條馬路有點可怕, 癈棄的渡假村, 殘破不堪, 入夜後不太敢出門....

Everything are fine, just the housekeeping sometimes forgot to refill the toothbrushes and towels. Excellent for the pool BBQ, room service also good taste,fast shuttle and helpful of the hotel staff

First of all, an upgrading of the room is supposed to be proactively, the hotel did ask if I would like to switch to other room after reviewing my comments, however, it’s too late as it was 10pm on 2nd night of arrival. Secondly, the WiFi password provided by hotel is not accessible. Thirdly, the air conditioning in the room is not adjustable, even I turned up to 28 degree Celsius, still it freezes and I have to request for extra blanket to keep warm. Fourthly, the amenities/toiletries is not adequate, normally they will provide razor but I have to asked for it on the day before checking out. Finally, I guess there are some privileges of being a vip of Expedia, an early checkin or late checkout would be offered on the spot not until I asked. Speaking of vip privileges, I would like to point out that this hotel is recommended by Expedia, the hotel rate is above average among others in Pattaya, but the services provided is disappointing!
