First of all, an upgrading of the room is supposed to be proactively, the hotel did ask if I would like to switch to other room after reviewing my comments, however, it’s too late as it was 10pm on 2nd night of arrival. Secondly, the WiFi password provided by hotel is not accessible. Thirdly, the air conditioning in the room is not adjustable, even I turned up to 28 degree Celsius, still it freezes and I have to request for extra blanket to keep warm. Fourthly, the amenities/toiletries is not adequate, normally they will provide razor but I have to asked for it on the day before checking out. Finally, I guess there are some privileges of being a vip of Expedia, an early checkin or late checkout would be offered on the spot not until I asked. Speaking of vip privileges, I would like to point out that this hotel is recommended by Expedia, the hotel rate is above average among others in Pattaya, but the services provided is disappointing!
