ここのホテルは割り切りが必要です、最小限のサービス、部屋にはセキュリティボックスだけはありますがそれ以外の物はほとんどないと思った方がいい。　 あと、掲載されているプールの写真、私が宿泊した時は泳げるような物ではなく残念でした、立地、料金で割り切るのならありです。 ただ、カップルや夫婦で泊まるホテルではないのは確かです。

Time for maintenance, ordinary at the moment.

Ordinary standard at best... Sorry but its the truth. Location is great but up keep is lacking. Time for some maintenance management. Shower door missing, roof needs attention to hide the mold.

自分には最高のホテル‼️

観光・夜遊び目的で考えるなら、最高の立地。7/11・family martまで徒歩1分圏内。コインランドリーも徒歩2分。日用品の買い求めはfriendship super marketが徒歩2分。毎回思う不満を挙げるなら、セカンドロード向けのソンテウが少ないくらい。　ホテルは格安なりの築年数とサービスですが、寝れたらそれでいい私の要求をすべて満たしています。　スタッフの笑顔も素敵ですよ。

Pool was wonderful , breakfast great, and all of staff helpful and friendly.. Awesome location.. I traveled all over Cambodia and Thailand for two months and this was the Ritz or Trump Towers of my journey.. Very nice elegant hotl for a very good price..

Good hotel. Great value for money!

Nice hotel for a good price. Location is really good, just a few minutes from the shopping area, Walking street, the beach, etc. Also rooms are very clean, but a bit outdated, same for the airco. Wifi was very weak and could be better.

Habe mich hier sehr billig wohlgefühlt

Unschlagbar für diesen Preis, da muss man auch akzeptieren, dass der einizge Lift mal repariert wird. Andere Hotels in dieser Preislage haben keinen Lift. Habe die Buchung verlängert, wobei Hotels.com billiger war, als wenn ich an der Rezeption gebucht hätte. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das 5 star J mit österreichischem Besitzer ist nicht nur für Vegetarier ein Genuss.

There were two (2) negative issues: 1) The telephone in the guest room wasn't working. The staff noted this and attempted to rectify - but were unsuccessful. They offered to upgrade me to another (Larger) room FOC. 2) The Swimming Pool was undergoing maintenance from the date of my check in until two days prior to check out. Again, the staff apologised and offered the use of the Swimming Pool and facilities at their sister Hotel (Diamond Beach Hotel) FOC The efforts of Management and Staff to address these two (2) small issues was commendable - communicating possible solutions and advising on all effort being made in a polite, courteous and friendly manner. Again, they could not have done more to assist - I am extremely impressed by the whole Team.
