房間不太清潔，下次不會再來
鄰近市中心，其他一般，Check-in後入房發現被鋪有污跡，要求立刻更換，毛巾好舊，晚上致電Housekeeping要求那一捲紙巾，直至早上沒有人拿過來，早上再次要求拿紙巾，大約半小時才拿給我，服務真是一般，下次不會再來！

這是一間非常接近芭堤雅海灘的酒店，不到一分鐘的路程即能到達，可天天陽光與海灘。酒店方面設施不錯，到處充滿ROCK MUSIC，有寬闊漂亮的泳池，不愛游泳的我，也在水中浮浸，享受著無區無束的感覺，實在寫意。酒店的房間不錯，只是没有較大面稹的選擇，在CHECK IN時只得1人接待，需要排隊等候，亦未能即時提供到房間，已預訂好的仍需等候1个多小時，當時接待時間已是14:00了，實在奇怪。第二天早餐及晚餐均在酒店享用，早餐350，晚餐是BBQ有9折约650泰幣，服務及價錢不錯，但晚餐飲品需要另外付費，食物選擇不是太多，但仍值得一試。酒店總体不錯，但仍需在接待及CHECK IN 方面加以改善。

我們一行3人預訂時是購買了兩間大床房，到酒店CHECK IN時, 職員說全酒店今天只有一間大床房 (在2/F), 而且還未收拾好, 如要雙床房就可以立即上房, 還可以在8/F。不過我們堅持是要兩間大床房, 此時她又說現在可以給我們兩間大床房, 分別在2/F及3/F (尾房)。不明白這位職員當初為什麼要欺騙我們全酒店只有一間未執拾好的大床房, 之後又立即可以給予兩間大床房給我們? 房間比想像中略細, 有點陳舊, 床很舒適。酒店對面就是海灘, 步行十分鐘到大型商場，晚上酒店附近有很多路邊小食.
