this hotel is one of the cheapest around, right in the middle of the action, close to everything!! the noise in both rooms i stayed in was NOT loud, very subdued. i asked about it and was told the area had recently, very slightly lowered club noise levels. i loved it. what made this hotel tho? was the staff, awesome group with anything i needed, location of places, sights to see, they even saw i had a bad knee and moved me to a lower floor, i never asked!! for the price, cheap, was the best place i’ve stayed in pattaya, with a clean room and cold a/c. highly recommend

There were ants coming in the window that wouldn’t shut. They came all the way to the bed and in the bed and bit us. The electrical outlet sparked when we tried to put in the plug for the tv

The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights.

I stayed One night in a bigger room I stayed One night in the smaller room. The bigger room was $3 more than the smaller room but it's much nicer. The bed was too firm in both rooms. But there are wicker furniture that have cushions in the bigger room so I took the cushions and I put it on the bed which made it nice. The smaller room is tiny and tiny bathroom can hardly move. I would recommend booking the bigger room for $3 more. The smaller room had one outlet by the fridge microwave kettle TV and fan. So these five items had to share two plugins. There are plugins around the room but the appliance chords don't reach. So you can plug in two out of the five it's your choice.

In this price range it's a great hotel room. Spacious and pretty clean. Staff is nice. Many English speaking channels on TV. My room was number six facing the street with the bars. If you don't like the loudness then you won't like it here. I like to sleep with the fan the AC and the TV on so the outside noise didn't bother me at all. The bed is too firm for me but I took the cushions off of the lounger and put it on the mattress and I had a really good night sleep. The first one since I've been in Pattaya for about 10 days.
